Introduction
The Diet of Wyrms is a 10 man raiding guild with aspirations to eventually return to 25 man raiding. We aim for serious, focused raiding in a mature environment, while remembering that there is life outside Azeroth. There is no minimum age for recruiting, but younger players will need to have a mature attitude to fit in. The core principle of the guild is respect, and immature and offensive behavior will not be tolerated. Recruitment is currently open for any class or spec in the run up to MoP. The Guild Our current raid kill targets are heroic: Morchok, heroic Ultraxion and heroic Yor'sahj in Dragon Soul. In Firelands our kill target is heroic Ragnaros. The guild uses the EPGP system for loot. Guild Master: • Luiniel - Moderation Officer and Healing Lead Officers: • Dairussë (or Alnico) - Primary raid leader and social members officer. • Memnor - Guild bank officer. • Ardoan - Forum Officer • Zavier • Drebinglock - Recruitment officer Applicants and members can contact any of the above if they have questions or concerns. Our current raiding schedule, which is subject to change, is as follows: Monday - 21:00 to 00:00 Wednesday - 20:30 to 00:00 Friday - 20:30 to 00:00 Saturday - 20:30 to 00:00 Applicants and members are expected to attend a minimum of two full raids a week. Bump! We're still looking for a Protection Warrior and Restoration Shaman. Protection Paladin might be an alternative for the tank.

We made Rhyolith dizzy and he fell down! We're now looking for: * 1 restoration shaman * 1 other healer - priest or druid * 1 hunter * 1 elemental shaman If your class is not listed above, you are welcome to apply, but only really outstanding applications will be accepted. In particular, we are very unlikely to accept melee dps applications at this time. |

Two nights progression on Alyz and we get her on the last try of the night. And so I change a 2 to a 3. The fight was intense....between working out odd little tricks like grabbing all the feathers we could get our grubby little hands on for haste buffs to making extensive use of our Paladins many many hands our chicken in the sky had all the latest news for us on boss health percentage while our mage and everyone else went up to help him aim his staff at her... 3m...2.5m...2m...1.5m...1m...500k.......one dead birdy with lots of tasty loot! What a fun night. |

Staghelm went poof, great night everyone. As of now we are looking for a geared healer of any class to join us for Heroic T12 and T11 progression. Applicants must have at least some level of acceptable gear to jump straight into heroic T12 progression as we do not have the time or resources to gear up an applicant. So Dragon Soul has been interesting. Some of the bosses easy while some required a few tries. In our first night there we managed to down 4 of the bosses which were brand new to everyone leaving Blackhorn and the two deathwing encounters as progression. It was exciting stuff entering into new content and steamrolling through it, I had to listen on vent on standby but simply listening to the guild progress was enough excitement for me! Then after a few tries we got Stag down and Spine and almost all the bad things have gone poof! Just Madness left and we're looking for a healer of any class to join us, preferably a priest or shaman. If you are interested in joining us you can find the link in the original post. Madness down a few times now. On to heroics we went and downed Morchok after learning him for a few nights. We're now on the look out for: 1 mage 1 shadow priest 1 elemental shaman 1 hunter or enhancement shaman If your class is not listed above, you are welcome to apply, but only really outstanding applications will be accepted. Since we're on to heroic modes we are looking for people ready to jump into heroics, the odd exception may be made. |

If your class is not listed above, you are welcome to apply, but only really outstanding applications will be accepted. Being ready to jump into heroic mode Dragon Soul is a must, speaking of both gear and the drive needed to push that extra little bit more out of yourself to share the spoils of a week earned heroic progression kill. It appears I completely forgot about updating the firelands progress. We've been working on getting our remaining heroic kills and have most down a long long time now. Our latest kill in heroic Firelands was Bale'roc heroic. Just Ragnaros to go when it comes to heroic firelands. |

We're still actively recruiting.
In the run up to MoP we're looking to get some fresh heads in, because of which recruitment is now open to all classes and specs. I cannot say that if you apply you will have a raid spot every night but as the recruitment officer I can hint that at the moment it looks very likely that if you were to apply raid spots could be very frequent for you for the time being. |

We had a bit of a raid break over July, came back tonight and one shotted Zon'ozz. We were on the verge of downing him ages ago but with things going on never got around to doing so. Was incredibly easy considering the practice we already had and it was just a matter of putting what we already learned to practice to down the ugly son of...
