All horde can ride trikes, will you let me mount a Worgen ? (Dunno if you rating will survive that much innuendo) If not you are still only providing me with mounts I already have as a compensation for horde getting trikes, still :confused: |

I know, but just look at it. Horse. Just horse. And one everyone else already has. THE EXACT SAME ONE. There isn't even a slight difference. The fact of it being turned into a big news only made the fact sourer. From company's point of view, taking that carriage won't take much more work. Just attach the horse models to the carriage, and make a recolor in a few minutes for the epic version. Shouldn't be expensive. Still not much effort put in, but looks less lame from outside. If you don't support this idea, can you at least carry it over to the developers? This stunt was bad for company's image already. |

Horses makes sense for the Gilneans, and the texture sure is an improvement over the regular humans' horse.
These look more muscular, like draft horses or heavy cavalry (if you add armor), compared to the sleeker-looking Stormwind horses (even though they probably share the same model). I've no objections to these mounts. Fits the Gilneans' character and fit the lore. Though considering the british flavour of the Gilneans' speech, you could argue for a person with a huge pack banging two coconut halves together I suppose. :P |

So, just to clarify things a little: Is the Black and Tan colouring's final? I mean I love horses and especially without armor, but we have these exact same horse colours already from the Human rep, just with saddles, Perhaps make one White and the other Palomino? Or a kind of dappled one of greys and whites/tans and blacks. I get your doing this to even out the amounts, but alot of us actually like using different mounts, and don't just collect for *numbers* sake, a little variety in the colours would go along way:) |

Fix class balance instead of making lame ponies... Telling them when or what about should they post really won't make them any more sympathetic to us. |

Because the right thing to do in response to a past grievance is never to make somebody else undergo it. The problem is quite simple- if you want to collect mounts, go Horde. That is something that should never have been the case. If anything, running wild should have been treated like the goblin bank racial- a fun semi cosmetic change- wheres running wild was more cosmetic, pack hobgoblin should have been more useful. And gilnean rep was useless unless you wanted a tabard/achieves. That was bad game design. Don't forget, designing quests for a total of one class (~ 10% of the player population) for flavour is a bad idea because it takes time away from the other 90%. But when 5/12ths of the fanbase are denied something because of something 1/12 of the fanbase are given? Giving really basic mounts taken from in game models is what should have been done when this was an issue. A simple "As we've spent most of our time doing the running wild animations, here's a basic mount" would have been good at the time. But now there's been a whole year, and people stopped caring all that much. After that time frame, and with a whole blog post about it, you've have expected something reasonably unique. It's just sad that, once again, what we have here is a failure to communicate with the fanbase, and understand what they want. |

It looks like Blizz got tired of people complaining that Worgen didn't get a mount so they were just like.. here have a horse.
I think they would have put more thought into this if it was for April Fool's instead of this. |

As I think they're actually supposed to be gilnean horses the colors are kind of set because those are the two colors that you encounter in Gilneas. But you're right having unarmored white horse would be kind of nice. Also an unarmored chestnut mare...and a stereotypical italowestern cowboy outfit :> |

Ahh oki, I never much paid attention to the actual colours of the horses roaming about there, but I guess it doesn't really make a difference if they have those different coloured ones there or not, I mean I never saw a Human rep horse running around in Elwynn... :) |
