4.3 Warrior ( PVP ) Quit or forgive?

Bladestorm isnt doing any dmg and its too long CD to be used to break roots (read novas). I play a rogue also and did 1 feint when warrior started to bladestorm then I just stood still having recuperate on and when the bladestorm ended I was fully healed gg.
Arena works the best with skilled (or even semi-skilled) Holy Paladin in 2v2. Of course when you got a personal healer/dispeller you can keep up with a mage and other "run away" classes. But I think the qq is more about 1v1 pvp. Tbh I dont give a flying fcuk about losing to a "run away" class in 1v1, but give me back my 50% mortal strike effect! That would even out a lot. Peace. |

I'm enjoying warrior.
I'm not enjoying warrior forums. Full of crybabies complaing they cant beat "x" class. |

, but give me back my 50% mortal strike effect! That would even out a lot. The reason all mortal strike effects are now 10% across the board (Any healing reduction is now 10%) is because PvP healing is nerfed by about 20-30% already, this was all posted by a blue before cata came out. We dont notice much of a difference because of the major over-haul in stat-changes. My hunter used to have 50% MS effect too (aimed shot debuff) but now its 10%, like MS and dispellable as its a posion. Learn to deal with an effect nerf that is across the board and not clas sspecific. |

Why a war currently sucks;
Unlike other melee classes, our "cc" ie, throwdown, is melee ranged ALL our abilities are physical and melee ranged, resulting in dodges and parries, unlike other melee classes (including peels and damage setup) Dispel dependant Snare requires a GCD Crap damage vs armour SW sacrifices all offensive output Charge jumping |

Couldn't care less what happens tbh, i'm doing fine at the moment and i doubt a nerf is on the way.

How many of you guys are going to quit warrior / WoW if they don't get buffed in pvp in patch 4.3 ? Not to sound bad but, do u use piercing howl often? Thats meant to not get kited as much :P |

Warriors are in a disgraceful sate atm, one of the worst for some time, cata promised good things for warriors and all it did was turn them into midless tunneling dmgbots for a period of time and now without that or mobility they have nothing and are quite frankly just pitiful.
In mained warrior all through wotlk, loved it, through the good and bad, when cata dropped I quit and came back to a frenzy of faceroller warriors living up the eazymode playstyle, it was disgusting and I refused to level or play mine. Most of the good warriors I know quit or rerolled and the ones I knew that 'loved' the new changes were fotm baddies anyway, now a couple monthes down the line the devs have got the old warrior ping pong game out and sucker punched them with a overnerf (nerf was needed but it was overdone- as usual). Our abilites have been passed around so much that what a warrior is just a worse version of everything else tbh. So whatever framework they're working with for warriors, whatever their idea of warriors is, it needs to change and roll with the times as other classes have. Quite frankly the sitaton we find ourselves in yet again is where we have the some tools but they're heavily outweighted by other classes having more or better tools. Recomendations both personal and found browsing other forum posts. I'm not suggesting all of them or all of the idea but some I think would help ease the woes of warriors atm. - Peircing Howl baseline, talentable hamstring to root. - Spell Reflect, talentable in arms to reduce cd (reduce dmg from that spell school by 10% for 3/4seconds?). - Heroic throw augmented to have the gag order talent built in to the base ability? - Heroic Leap CD reduced or the skirmisher talent move up2 where the piercing howl talent would of been. - Throwdown, ranged stun? - Charge, immunity to movment imparing effect and movement speed increase for 2seconds. - MS effect doubled to 20%, atm its entirely pointless albeit passive for warriors when they mortalstrike, deminished effect when necrotic strike is also on the target. - (allow Revenge in Battle Stance) when below a certain percentage of hp (50-60%) allow the use of Revenge, sucessful revenge strikes would proc an undispellable enrage and stack by an additional +5% dmg each 10% hp lost (ensuring the warrior can pop enraged regen and reliably heal) it would also give warriors some additional protection from being tunneled. Can only happen once every x seconds (maybe like the die by the sword talent). No one knows what will happen in 4.3 yet but I'm sure at this point we're all familiar with the way warriors usually get treated and you can expect 'something' to happen but whether it will be a credible fix for their many problems or a band aid fix is 50/50. Final thought will be that warriors did deserve their nerfs not so long ago but fact of the matter is they have been overnerfed and not compensated yet for this. |

!@#$ quitting!
How bad state are we? Jump charge fixed 25% Hreduction + better gear scaling than others Get a Paladin, 20% AP, get a DK, horn of the winter, add the HP buff. Now stack necrotics, and %^-* !@#$ up with your way too high AP. I've done 12 matches so far, already fought equally with some 2,3k(mmr) comps as 3s dps. Waiting on my Holy Paladin to get back so we can play for real. No matter how you see it, we're better off than in S10. |

nuff said here XD i quit after 4.2 hit (t2h damage nerf) before that i actually saw crits higher than 20 k, now i am happy if i crit 15 k with mortal strike vs a decent geared cloth. |
Me personally, am tired of waiting. Ret is "kite'able" by every class since the game was released. Not saying warriors dont need some buffs but other specs / classes have it way worst. Peace ! |
