But there are Stormscale, Argent Dawn, Auchindoun - realms with THOUSANDS of players, with even QUEUES going on sometimes!

Why it can't be more reasonable? Why one realm has 5k players online while other has 250? Where is the sense in all that?

I think I see why everyone is saying Warcraft is dead, it's not the game it's just their servers and those who have left recently are from those dead servers making the deader, not a word I know but it fits.

Ally, Horde.. still. Sporeggar has 200 allies and 100 horde, but is 200 a lot? I don't think it is.

As for now.. I am not speaking about factions solely. The entire realm is in awful condition.

Probably it got perma frozen by one of Lich King's attacks on Azeroth.. Or - Chuck Norris learned how to play a Frost Mage and occasionally used Ring of Frost on entire realm which is STILL lasting :))

I am affected by this as well. The realm was a decent size when I started playing on it with my husband around 11 months ago. I do not feel we should be forced to transfer or 're-roll' characters elsewhere because of something Blizzard can easily fix.

There's time invested into my character, quite a lot of effort. Entire guilds transfering, people 'not having fun anymore' due to the lack of PVE going on. PVP is multi-realm-based but even with that, hard to get some RBGs going with the lack of players in your own realm.

Guilds which ran 25man raids now running 10man and still pugging at times. Even the economy is declining at a very fast pace since we're so low on population now, some people take advantage of it and bot around since seems we get no attention from the powers that be.

I do not want to be forced to leave. Yes, it has crossed my mind, but as a paying customer, I would like some support from the people that receive my money, to help me and others that still enjoy the game and would like to remain on Sporeggar. Money isn't even an issue, but the lack of support from Blizzard at the moment.

The realm is dying, and despite our pleas we have not received an answer as of yet.

Merge us, create free transfers, do something. I can even accept a name change (ok, I cannot accept that, but if it would help the cause I will go for it), as long as we receive some help.

There's quite a few of us still on the realm. We're good people and active players. We just don't have many to play with. So, a little help here, please.

I guarrentee every single person who has transfered from spore has left between 3-8 alts on spore...
There are oopposite realms with much higher alliance than horde so it is an easy thing to do to merge, and i find the reason against it "well what if someone has the same name" an utter no-brainer if you dont want a few hundred people to get a viable gaming experience because you might have to change your name then go away you are such a self-centred selfish low life i dont want you reading this, if it is a case of realm type you take 3-5 realms with same prob and you make diff types so people have a choice

From the majority of these threads it is proven that blizzard DO NOT listen to thier customers, and tbh with the amount of games coming out around christmas, young games with years of potentiel ahead why pay transfer fee, another months game-time to a game in its twighlight time and take the 5-6 months leveling trade alts(or pay 80+ euros to transfer all)..the better option is to save transfer money save game time and buy into a new, young game where the companies want the customers will listen to the customers cos they need them...

balance druid threads from start of cataclysm have been full of thread about how the mechanics dont work properly...response .........nada

Gold sellers gold spammers have been a problem since i started playing....blizz response to stop this ......nada..

To stop gold sellers you make it so that you cannot use any chat channels apart from guild chat untill level 20.....boom it stops..yet this has gone on for years an people are getting paid to think up ideas to make the game play safer and better...whta has blizz done ..less than a goblin at the beach

I agree with Kendo here. My husband and I are quite active in the game, and we both have characters which have all professions, and all sorts of purposes, and Blizzard overlooking a loyal customer is disappointing.

Many other games being released come Christmas time, so, do people want to pay 140 euros for all characters to transfer, or do they wanna pay for the next online game? Hmm...

I personally want to keep playing WoW, except it is exhausting to try and try again. But here I am, asking you for help. Many of us are asking for help. Will you hear us out?

I have six 525 professions on three chars (2 active including this Paladin which is my main) and one lvl 70+ DK profbot. I also started leveling a little Balance Druid solely for fun.

Now... in case I want to transfer them all I must pay 15*4=60 Euros!! This is pretty much money here. 60*5.3 = 320-330 NIS, which is roughly 3 workdays salary. Now. .I am an adult person and I work and earn money to maintain my subscription. What about teenagers / students / etc.?

Why must I endure such a heavy price? Is it my fault that the realm is unplayable cause of such a low pop?

Some angry players \ players having cash problems cancel subscriptions instead. Now, this is not a profit at all. For each 4-5 transferred accounts there are 1-2 sub cancellations.

Played on Sporeggar as my 1st realm when i started WoW back in 2007. Was on Alliance and got into an awsome guild Last Prayer. But seriously dude, Sporeggar's population problems have sucked for atleast 2 years now.

I re-rolled on other servers a long time ago & I even told other people to do it aswell. For the sake of 20-30 days or if you have the money, you could be running around another high populated server on your 85 (new or old) and be having a blast!

Just let Sporeggar die. Infact, if everyone on these low pop realms just had the balls to heed MacDangus' advice and just move/re-roll server, then these population problems would be all solved within a month!

The game is dying out.

Why don't you just migrate anyway?

Customer service must've been better back then considering it was the customer that made them what they are now.

Save Sporregar !!!! I dont pay blizzard to milk me , nor do i pay to play on a server with only 100 people , since i play pvp lately i really need the people around me to be active or to have a big bunch of people to select a partner out of . Damn Blizzard you get payd monthly but theres no one at your office-desks even concerned about helping the people on this dead server.

Shame on blizz

Not everyone has money for payed server migration , to me that money means another week grocery .

Entire guilds full of people paying £15 each to transfer away from Sporeggar? Working as intended, I'm afraid.

i fully support this thread, I've played for years on the vindication battlegroup, on a server that lost people every day, it became evident in Wrath our guild wasn't going anywhere, no recruiting, no interest in moving to a PvE realm, no AH, no pugging, no bgs, no nothing.

All through out TBC and Wrath we waited from 15-40 (!!!) minutes for a bg, we decided to give in, Blizzard wasn't taking proper action, so my guild left, most transferred, other made new accounts on our new (and current) server, and we moved on.

I don't know if it is Blizzard fault, all I know, until you have experienced this for years, you will never understand how horrible it really is. I don't care if it's not their fault, but they should help people in situations like this. It's clear there are WAY too many servers online currently. Too many dead realms. Some people know nothing else in this game but a dead realm, some realms have been dead ever since they were created. I think it's HIGHLY unfair people needing to pay ANY kind of sum to fix their game, it's the principle behind it.

Consider this, a new player starts WoW, oes into a "recommended" realm, because guess what, it's recommended, levels up, tries to find a guild... OOPS, server is dead. And he only realised this now. This is a damn scam. Paying 20 euros for one char or 100 for 5, it's all the same to me, the principle behind it is the same, it's scamming in my book. And I've been scammed plenty.

i would rather change my name then continue on this server , i think my name is cool but theres no one to see it so ... point were making here is everyone on our server want to stop of this low population it doesnt make any sense

It's sad but the only way i can see blizzard doing anything is if all of you on dead realms cancel your account instead of transferring. Make sure you tell them it was because the low population realms are not being merged.

If people keep paying for transfers nothing will be done.
