Where to Find a Blue Long Cloak?

So I wanted to make a good blue-coloured traveller outfit for one of my characters, but I'm missing a particular piece. My main can make a hood/cowl and a robe, but not a blue cloak...
Does anyone know where to get a good long blue cloak? I've checked the AH but the ideal cloak I can only bid for... I don't bid on things. P.S. My ideal cloak is one of the cloaks which almost touch the floor; the longest possible. |

or the Craftable PvP cloaks i do believe are blue as well. And a green i think its Glyphed Cloak or so.

There are many good blue cloaks, mind showing the chest of the set you wish to have it with? That way it's easier to find the fitting cloak for it.

Blergh, I'm not sure how to link things as done above, but Devilshark Cape is what you're looking for, I believe.Well, if you click the Sword Icon above the "Reply to Thread" Box (Where you type your comment like i am doing now) and just fill in the Item ID, this can be found on WoWHead for example like Devilshark Cape = 27804, and then just click the sword and fill in this code like this:  Devilshark Cape.
