Spawn looking for raiding alliance for 10-man content

Hello,
Spawn is a rank 25 casual raid guild which focuses on 10-man raid content. We completed all WotLK content at Level 80, including Algalon. Unfortunately, as Cataclysm has rolled out a number of our regular raiders have retired, and we have struggled to get enough people together to raid on a regular basis. We are currently standing at 8/12 in Tier 11 content and have only managed a couple of trash runs in Firelands. Recruiting into a casual guild is always difficult, and Spawn has always been a very close-knit guild focusing more on friendship than hardcore progression (for example, we currently just use rolls to distribute loot, and recruitment has traditionally been by invitation from existing members.) Therefore, we are currently seeking to form a raiding alliance with another like-minded guilds who may be in a similar situation.
