Me and a few other veteran raiders are looking for a new server to migrate to so we can create a high quality 25man raid guild. Could you guys tell me what this server is like? Thanks

If you're gonna be raiding high end, this server offers very little in the way of a base of players to recruit from. Better be prepared to recruit pretty much everything you need crossrealm.

Why is that?

Is it players need gearing up?

Or just a low skill level?

Or are the majority already in established guilds?

A combination of those, really. The handful of decently capable players are all spread across different guilds, while the average skill level is rather bad when compared to other realms. :p
