Should read "Any healer welcome, Shaman healers preferred".
I can't make any sense of the DPS part though :S I think he means
"Any DPS welcome. Non-plate preferred. Mages are all slackers anyway so we might as well take them too"

Should also read "People who can read Raid chat and do Heroism when asked for preferred" I think.
