We are a 10 man raiding guild founded on Darkspear EU with established players, most who have known eachother for years we have 2 10 man groups running side by side to achieve the best possible effectiveness whilst raiding in current and future content. Firelands Progress: 7/7 Heroic Realm First! Sinestra I Can't Hear You Over The Sound Of How Awesome I Am: World 148th (10&25) Realm First! Ragnaros Realm First! Deathwing Team Infusion The first raiding team is a group of raiders who like to raid in a progress focused atmosphere pursuing a high quality standard while raiding. The first raid team is focused on progression, raiding 4 nights a week. In Infusion raid loot is distributed via a loot council system. We also appreciate that our members may have certain expectations of our guild, and we do commit ourselves to fulfilling those expectations. Some of the things we expect from you: * Be punctual in showing up for raids. * Communication during a raid encounter is very important. You will be required to be on Ventrilo during raids and should be able to write/speak/understand English to a reasonable level. * During progress raids you need to be fully awake and focused. * You must be mature both in age and attitude and able to handle any constructive criticism directed your way. * Be fully prepared for every raid. That means you are up-to-date on all tactics and strategies concerning the encounters planned for that raid night. * Be on time and don't AFK needlessly (there are breaks once or twice during a raid). * Optimal gemming, enchanting and knowledge of your class' latest theory developments. * You are in charge of your own life, this means that raiding should not be interrupted by your family or anyone else unless it is an emergency. * The ability to learn from your mistakes, we are all human and even the most skilled player can make a mistake once in awhile. However, the difference is that a skilled player can adapt and is unlikely to make the same mistake again. * Tolerance for any kind of vent conversations outside raiding times (we joke around on vent a lot outside of raid time) Our raids are as follows: Mon - 6.45 - 11.00 ST Wed - 6.45 - 11.00 ST Thur - 6.45 - 11.00 ST Sun - 6.45 - 11.00 ST You are expected to attend the above raids on a weekly basis. Team Infusion 2 The second raiding team is a group of raiders who like to raid in a little more relaxed atmosphere while still pursuing a high quality standard while raiding. The second raid team is focused on progression, raiding 3 nights a week.
