I propose a merge or another solution for this ream, its would be sad to see it collapse.

The game lost its appeal to many players and not all realms are as populated as they should be.

But its kinda nasty to leave a community to go to a new place, I dont say that change is bad - but in this case I'm not sure why you wont merge a high population alliance realm with a high population horde realm. Or two realms with about the same low amounts. This would show some initiative from your end and show the player community you cared. I'm sure the player base will surely say YEY to this even if it might imply hero name changes.

Right now most threats like this are ran cold and vanish under layers and layers of other forum posts. I'm curious what will happen to this one.

I approve, I find it stupid that Blizzard acts like nothing is happening even tho they've lost like 1 million subscribers. Should just merge some realms and add more if population grows, which is unlikely since most people are starting to get bored of hotkey mmos.

well yea would be nice if they merged some realms together... but I wont be affected much anyway since I'm moving away with my guild soon ;/ gonna miss some Aga people but this realm is just too dead

off topic: i looked through my screenshots yesterday and found one from vanilla where you, stormrage, were in my party!

Free migrate from any realm to agamaggan pretty please?

CenturionS have also moved servers and/or guilds. This leaves only 3-4 proper raiding guilds on Ally side now.

their are still a few decent players her, they already tried migrating ppl to agamaggan, why don't they just merge 2 low populated servers to made it medium again...

I asked them that and they didnt have any plans to do it..... i bet they just want us to use abit more Money on Wow :3

They won't do anything what so ever as to "merge servers" they are getting enough cash from people server transfering lul

Agamaggan is like neverland either get used to it and stop the whining or pay and migrate .

It would be nice to have a healthier population. Horde is sparse enough, can't begin to imagine what it's like Alliance-wise. Bloody shame IMP have sallied forth to pastures new, we've got members that were in IMP back in the Ultima Online days, and obviously we remember the good old days of Soviet Moon. Pyc??? +)

Blizzard won't merge servers yet. Doing so would be a public statement that the game is in irrevocable decline, which with only 10.3 million subscribers WoW isn't right now despite the seasonal drop in subscriber numbers. With a new patch incoming, the lure of free Diablo 3, a shiny mount and the holiday season soon to hit even the launch of SWTOR won't hit WoW hard for more than a month.

The best solution would be to offer free x-realm xfrs to servers like Agamaggan not mergers. and ultimately if you don't like your realm you can xfr off to rediscover the old days on Shadowmoon or wherever. If you and your guildies all share the feeling you can always take advantage of the guild xfr.

There are lots of highly crowded realms like Shadowsong where I transferred from a few months ago which are painful to play on because of the number of idiots spamming /2 with inane childish BS and the AH prices there are insane as mats are way over priced and the produced goods stupidly cheap.

I just had to check the "old" server, good to know it has still some old players .
