Exceptional players of any class are ALWAYS considered. -------------- So my friends - it's almost a year since a bunch of old hardcore raiding friends decided to join up again on EU-Draenor and found <Luce>... Some of us had been here before, and knew that although the server had a huge population with tons of guilds, there were very few (if any) that combined competitive progress, a fun attitude to the game, a strong social side, with 3-day raiding. As soon as we touched down, with Kira back and leading us into battle, we got properly stuck into Firelands. Even with other guilds having a few weeks head start on us, and having to recruit/beg friends to xfer to help, we finally got Rag HC down Server 3rd 10man... All the while however, our real aim was 25man, and after a few false starts, we finally made the move just in time for the start of Dragon Soul, and where the real fun started... After an awesome start, a slight wall at Spine HC, and then a quick finish once that was downed, we've finished Server 2nd, and in the Top 500 25man guilds worldwide. Pretty good for a new guild, but our objectives are still higher. A year is gone, things are going well, but we still have a long way to go! Server 1sts are up for grabs and you can be sure we will be fighting for them! <Luce> is now recruiting for Mists of Pandaria! "We like to log on, have a laugh, and kill some pixels!" -------------- <Luce> recruits players for: 1) PvE Raiding (PRIMARY - 80-90% of apps) 2) PvP Battleground / Arena fun 3) Socials - we have an active roster and are always looking for fun socials to join up! PvE Raiding - What are Luce looking for? Players who do not join to get carried, simply. We are looking for the player with experience, maturity, positive behaviour and dedication. We are primarily a raiding guild. We expect applicants as well as members to always come prepared with consumables, a good attitude, and a very high raid attendance. You will have to perform, accept criticism, and show initiative in improving. We raid less than 10 hours a week, and maintain progression better than many guilds who raid 50%+ more than us - the return on your time raiding with <Luce> is therefore very good. However this also means we must be very time efficient during raids - do not apply if you cannot focus and perform to a very high standard for 3 hour stretches. Know your class, gem and enchant your gear CORRECTLY. Gear is not as important as 1) Attitude 2) Skills 3) Generally being a badass dps/healz/tank... If you fit into the guild and perform well, you will get geared up fast.
