LF 2v2 partner - aiming high

Well, high is a relative term; it depends on your starting point. So maybe 1000 or so.
Disc priest. Pretty clueless and lacking skill but enthusiastic. Have no idea what class of partner is best for me; I never seem to stay alive long enough to notice what combo works. Just want someone who won't shout at me. Well, you can shout if you want, but as I don't have vent or skype I won't be able to hear you. My last arena partner said it was a miracle that I got to 85 which was nice of him, so I can't be that bad. The one before asked if I got my account from ebay. I'm not exactly sure what that means but it sounds as if I am in some way valuable. I'm not a keyboard turner - that's just stupid. How can anyone move around an arena if they have turned their keyboard upside down? Someone told me resilience was essential, and I can confirm I am very resilient; I don't let setbacks ....umm set me back. It's a shame I'm on horde side, because reading these forums there seems to be a lot of pleasant and helpful alliance pvpers on the realm who all get on really well with each other. |

Thank you Fexea,
I was thinking of faction changing, Goldshire looks a lot of fun. There are some duels outside the main gates at Orgri, but whenever I turn up they all have to leave to attend to some urgent business elsewhere. |

Im feral! ;)

I asked in my guild for a feral or mage frost, but unfortunately they all got d/c at the same time.
Blizzard really need to get these mass d/c sorted. |

Well I must be getting better, because my arena partner said we should have got an arena achievement.
He said it was for 'Cold Streak' which he said was the opposite of 'Hot Streak' Sadly, the achievement never showed up so I have raised a GM ticket for it. |

Thank you Twizle. I tried to find him but he appears to have changed his name. So I decided to look up all my previous arena partners, but they all seem to have faction changed or moved realms. This cheered me up; I thought I might be doing something wrong, but clearly they all just wanted to be with their friends on other realms. Maybe that's why the horde population on BB is so low, |

So I found an arena partner but he seemed a bit timid.
During a fight he kept typing 'fear' in chat and seemed to get more and more agitated as the battle progressed, repeating 'FEAR' 'FEAR' over and over but now in capitals. Now I have to admit I get a bit scared too in arena, but this seemed to be a total over-reaction. Still looking |

Things have taken a sinister turn.
I was posing outside the Orgri AH on my tawny wind rider when I received a w/ which said: 'Hello. I read your arena post and would like to help' Obviously, my suspicions were aroused by the correct use of grammar and lack of text speak. This was confirmed when he then said: 'I want to give you a Boost' Now I love chocolate just as much as the next person, but my parents always told me never to accept sweets from strangers. So what was his motive for wanting to give me a Boost? What worried me most was that he must know where I live to give it to me, but did he also know about my nut allergy? At best he was trying to groom me with offers of chocolate. At worse he was trying to provoke an anaphylactic shock with his choice of a peanut based treat. I think I might have to lie low for a while. |
