Who are Mist?
Mist is a 3 day, 25 man raiding guild formed back in 2006 on the Horde faction of Draenor. We pride ourselves in our family like atmosphere within the guild, whilst knuckling down in raids and pushing ourselves towards getting all end game content thrown at us down. Since Vanilla we have succeeded in this, notably last expansion being one of only 3 guilds on realm to of killed both Halion and Lich King 25man Heroic modes before the world as we know it was sundered. When not raiding there is always something going on within the guild, whether it be running heroics, alt/social 10man raids, or simply helping each other out with group quests and the like. What do we expect from you? - We expect you to have high attendance, being able to sign for 3/3 raids a week, we do realise that sometimes something comes up and we have a sufficient pool to cover these occurances. - Your gear to be up to par, we wont hold it against you if you do not have best in slot gear. But we expect you to show you have good understanding of your class and dedication, and this is also shown through gear, gear choices enchants/gemming. - Be situationally aware. Knowing when to move, when to not, know when to dps, when to not. - You pride yourself on your performance and are prepared to be judged by it. This includes raid performance. - You are able to listen and follow the instructions of the raid leader without having to be asked five times. We are an English speaking guild. - Good knowledge and understanding of your class and role in a raid. - You have a stable internet connection. - You are 18 years or older. - We expect you to be willing to communicate over the microphone when appropriate, this is mandatory for tanks. Even if you don't meet the above requirements to a full extent, you can always try and apply. There are always exceptions to a rule. And we're not savages. Most of us, at least. Where to apply?
