In Stormwind or Orgrimmar;

JP Heirloom Vendor:
PvE Chest, Shoulders, Trinkets, Weapons

HP Heirloom Vendor:
PvP Chest, Shoulders, Trinkets, Weapons

Guild Vendor (need guild rep when buying, but you can keep them even if you leave the guild):
Heads, Cloaks

Also Heirlooms from Wintergrasp, Argent Tournament and soon the Darkmoon Faire.

for a full list.

Yes you can buy it in Stormwind, for PvE it's in the Warriors training building in Stormwind city (ask any NPC guard for directions class trainer > warrior). You can also buy in Dalaran. For PvP you can buy heirlooms / BOA gear in the building to the right of the Warriors training building (opposite where the training dummys are) in Stormwind city.

BOA gear / heirlooms can be bought for justice points like shoulders, weapons, trinkets, chest pieces etc. You can buy BOA for honor points also, such as shoulders and weapons, but not chest pieces. Any bought with honor points as opposed to justice points will include resilience as a key stat. Most pieces cost just over 2000 justice / honor points.

Some BOA gear you can buy without being in a guild, as above just by spending justice / honor points; but items such as cloaks and head pieces you need to be at least honored with your guild to buy and then in addition it also requires gold. You can see all the guild BOA items available to you on the guild rewards tab if you are already in a guild.

Are you sure about this? Was at the vendor the other day and they only sold pvp boa shoulders / weapons. No chest.

As I said above, the there is no pvp chest heirloom item. You're at the wrong vendor for the chest piece. The chest piece is a pve heirloom and sells for 2175 Justice points, you cannot buy it with honor points.

You can buy it from the vendor next to the ones that sell PvP gear, and a vendor next to the ones who sell PvE gear (both in Old Town). Alternatively there is some BOA gear from the Guild Vendor in the Trade District.

2. What is used to buy BOA gear, its it gold, jp, hp or vp?

There are some BOA heirloom weapons + shoulders available for honor points (2175 - 3400).

There are some BOA heirloom weapons + shoulders + chestpieces for justice points (2175 - 3400).

If you are Honored with your guild you may buy BOA heirloom helms and capes for gold (1,000 - 1,500)

3. Can i buy them with out been in a guild?

You can buy the HP/JP stuff without being in a guild, but the helms and capes are only for those who are Honored with their guild. Note that once you have purchased it you may leave your guild and your items will be unaffected. If you wish to gain reputation with your guild, do some quests or dailies and once you're Friendly buy the tabard that increases reputation gained with your guild.

Hope this clears some things up. =)

Seems I am wrong indeed. Must've overlooked this, always assumed pvp and pve had the exact same slots available.
