When it comes to me it's mostly classic rock, alternative rock, indie, indie rock, classical, film, epic music (e.g. Two Steps From Hell) and stuff like that.

Same for me - Couldn't have described my own taste better. Worst I know is this death metal or metal or whatever the exact genre is where the artists screams or growls... Great way to ruin a piece of music :b |

I love POP, R&B, hip-hop, rap, soul. However I can listen to any good song , regardless of the genre. What I care about is how I feel when listening to it. :)

i listen to anything that sounds good and has good lyrics but i cant stand the mainstream music, its such a disgrace how people can listen to that crap

I listen to tons of electronic dance music. So anything from trance to DnB, dubstep, techno, house, electronica there's not much I don't really listen to. However I quite like metal as well.

Why would you want to not like heavy metal? Its all good fun, and some of the music in that genre is absolutely magnificient.

I don't like metal. Actually, some black and death (and thrash, and speed... and doom) metal is ok, what I don't like is the average metal-related "culture" and that bunch of grown men pretending to be vikings in 2012.
Still prefer electronic music anyway. Various genres, depends on the day, mostly dnb and hardstyle |
