[H] Maero (10) man 4/8HC High need for a Warlock

Hi all
First of thank you for taking the time to read this forum post. Maero a guild on the server Bloodscalp have decided to move to Draenor as of Wednesday 30th November. Maero was made at the start of 2009 by 4 officers who wanted to create a enviorment for players to enjoy the game, raid and progress. We were a 25 man guild who raided through out the 18 odd months we were together. Half way through 2010 the guild unfortunantly dispanded due to the summer months, players getting bored with the game etc but a selcetion of us stayed together, did progression and decided to play for fun for a short while. As been the gm of Maero and loving aspects of running a guild, leading others into battle and generally looking our for my team we have decided to rebuild the guild to a 10 man style (for the moment) with the view of recruiting some new players into our family who want to have a environment where they do not feel they have to raid 5 days a week but feel they can raid within a short time frame that we raid and see new content at a progressive level. Maero is not and will never have a hardcore attitude so if that is what you are looking for we will unfortunately not be the guild for you. Maero of coarse expects all of our members to keep up to date with there character in all aspects in able to perform at your maximum level. As we only raid 9 1/2 hours a week we want to be able to make the most out of the time we raid and to keep progressing with a good pace. Days and Times we raid. As mentioned we raid 9 1/2 hours a week but at times if we are close to a kill or learning tactics that time may increase. Monday 22:00 - 01:00 Thursday 22:00 - 01:00 Sunday 21:00 - 00:30 All invites are 15 mins before the raid start time and all are expected to be on at that time ready to start raiding. All members require the latest version of Ventrillo along with a mic. Recruitment Open for the following classes 1 Ranged - Prefer lock - HIGH prio Melee - Low 1 Healer - Paladin Tank - Low Other classes not mentioned are considered so please feel free to send us a app. Progress 8/8 DS 10 Man Normal 4/8 DS 10 Man HC What we expect from you As mentioned all ready we expect you to be a knowledgeable of your class and to keep up to date with you character for maximum impact. To be mature and fair to others, not only in Maero but out of the guild as well. To come prepared to all raids by been on time, repaired, flasks, food etc To enjoy been part of the guild and to hopefully understand our sometimes unusual English sense of humor :) What we offer you Maero offers a relaxed and fun raiding/social environment. We are a bunch of mature players who have a good sense of humor who enjoy the game and are always looking to progress. We keep up to date with new content, bosses and the game in general so we can help you and ourselves to our goals. Please note that Maero is an over 18's guild due to our later raiding times. Second welcome to the pain and suffering of the ever amazing lack of ppl to recruit on a well populated realm. Unless your looking for bad players, those are plenty around.....way to many guilds i say....way to many. Or not many ppl wanting to raid nowadays, that can be an option aswell , ummmmmmm |

Thank you for your feedback regarding Draenor and the information you have given is really appreciated. I believe this is a problem on many realms at the moment and the reason for us moving is that our old server is dieing fast. We are hopeing here in the long run will pull off for us as im willing to put the time and effort into getting us on our way (fingers crossed). And as we are a 10 man guild at the moment we are only looking to recruit a certain amount of players to boost our roster. So hopefully we can make this work here once again fingers crossed. |

Still in need of a healer we will look at any class healer at the moment but would prefer a paladin or shaman.
Also a big need for caster dps for our 10 man team. Raiding will begin as of next reset and would like to see some new members for the guild. |
