After going through our roster again, we've decided to open up a spot for a Holy Paladin and a Mage for DS as well as for MoP.
Same thing apply though. Gear and experience is a must and if you know, you're not going to be raiding in MoP, there's no need to apply. |

Update!
Crimson is now looking to recruit a skilled Holy Paladin who doesn't have to go, whenever mom calls and who doesn't have ADD. If you match those criteria, you're already half way accepted. Gear and experience is very much preferred, however skill>gear. We are looking for a long lasting member for a core spot. Someone who knows, he/she will be playing Hpala in MoP and someone who doesn't decide to just quit the game from one day to another. We aren't interested in kids under 18, who can't stay up after 11 pm when needed, immature people who can't figure out to stay updated on our forum or who don't want to speak up on TS3 (which is the voice mod we're using). Someone who won't stand in fire and die and someone who doesn't have to go afk every so often. Crimson has a small roster and only 1 team. So the person we're looking for, has to fit in with the rest of our raiders. That is why we're picky about who we invite and you must be dedicated in every aspect. Feel free to contact either Danishpsycho, Nikthas or Mkmm in-game or visit our website @ http://crimson.basiq.org Note that we're not in any rush to recruit and we'd rather take our time than take someone who can't even be bothered making a solid application. |

I would like to add that even though you'd be halfway accepted by not having ADD and keeping your mother in the kitchen, you do need to have a strong personality in order to stay a part of our guild and that means being more than just a character performing a role, evaluated by a combat log.
Time has shown that only a small number of our trials actually match this criteria and those that don't find themselves feeling offended, uncomfortable and generally don't enjoy the raiding experience. This is because things are always openly discussed in our raids. Be it the actual strategy or someone's private parts (:ifyouknowwhatImean:), you are expected to cope with what is being told and not just by those in charge, but by everyone. You need to make a stand, to hold your own ground and carry your own weight. Even when it comes to fooling around, you are expected to contribute. Crimson are currently not recruiting any specific classes/specs but skilled players are always encouraged to apply.
