The guild will be empty of members upon a successful transaction and you are free to do what you will with the guild and remamber soon Blizzard should implement guild transfers to other servers if Bloodfeather is a little sleepy for you. Also you wil be able to change the guild name.

I will be accepting Warcraft gold in payment, please do not offer any RL money as this is against the TOC and will be declined.
