[A] Avalanche(10) - Nordrassil - 4/8HC - LF Tank

Hi!
Avalanche was founded in August 2011 with the aim to take on the heroic content in Cataclysm and beyond. We are comprised of experienced and *ahem* mostly mature raiders and we will be keeping it that way. Our current progress is 4/8 HC Dragon Soul. (6/7hc Firelands and Glory of the Firelands Raider Achievement completed too.) Raiding Details: We are currently a 10 man guild. Our raid days and times are as follows: Mon: 22:00-01:00 Tues: 22:00-01:00 Weds: 22:00-01:00 Thurs: 22:00-01:00 Fri: Night off Sat: Night off Sun: 22:00-01:00 Although attending all of our raid days is not mandatory, we do require a high attendance. We use mumble as our form of communication during raids. What kind of players we want: We are looking for raiders that have the experience to progress in the current heroic content. We are not looking for those who show poor understanding of their class, those who expect to be carried through content or those aiming to get some easy loot. Our age requirement is 18 years or older. ---- What do we need? We are currently interested in recruiting a tank with a dps offspec to join our main raid team although exceptional players will be always be considered.
