Hi.

I'm not sure if this is the right forum for my question, but I don't recognize anything in this game anymore, so I'll just ask here and hope for an answer.

I'd like to know if there's any class left in the game that uses very few abilities while raiding.

I'm out of touch with this game, I quit in Ulduar and have only been playing during the "7 free days" periods (like now). Honestly, I just cba with complicated rotations or priorities. I can do it and I'm great at it, it's just that I DON'T WANT TO.

Basically, I'm looking for a class like the destro-sac warlock in TBC (sacrifice succubus, coe, spam sb, win), or like the arcane mage in the beginning of Cataclysm (I think, not sure). Something that spams 2-3 buttons at most and will spam 2-3 buttons at most without falling behind (obviously it's pointless to spam ab when a decent fire spec beats arcane).

Before you think about flaming me for wanting an easy game or whatever, please, understand this: I've done everything that I wanted to do, hardmode and whatever, when it was supposed to be done and I've raided for about 4-5 years, not even sure anymore. I've been there from MC to Ulduar, usually 5/7, usually as MT or raid healer. I've had it with respeccing and interrupting one ability to spam another due to a proc or crying about those extra 100 ms.

Nowadays, I just wanna sit back, relax, actually watch the content, not the procs and so on. Since I haven't really been playing for 2 years, I don't know a damn thing about the game or classes - not now, not in the upcoming expansion.

I'd appreciate some advice on the matter.

P.S Can be tank, healer or DPS, it makes no difference to me.

Yes there a class that spams a few buttons, isn't responsible for crowd control (like a mage) or anything else in raiding or dungeon runs, all you have to do is play a very very simple priority and you still perform well in melee dps..... it's a frost death knight!

Im not master raider or any PvE kind of stuff guy but I think Fdk and Amages are kinda smashing 2-3buttons on raids and they overdmg us with huge dmg difference.

Fortunately, I already have a mage that's 85, so I guess I have my answer now.
Can only hope blizzard will keep arcane where it is in the future too.

I would recomend elemental shaman, most of the time it's just lightning bolt spam, but it is fun lightning bolt spam!

Frost DKs spam more than 2-3 buttons I wouldn't recommend it tbh there are actually around 6 you need to use all the time

Trolling - arcane mage, don't you just sticky tape the arcane blast button and walk away? :P

Though it's not very complex and I'd recommend Arcane to OP as well, I used 23 hotkeys for PVE when I was that spec :)

But yeah, go Arcane, it's easy to get into

u can play arcane mage on an atari 2600 controller

Fire Mage, Arcane Mage, Combat Rogue.

Apart from whats posted above, Boomkin and ele/enha shaman are maybe not 2 button classes but.. very faceroll and simple rotations

Arcane mages, have the most complex mastery in the game, hands down. Not that arcane is too hard to get into, but it does require some cooldown management and a good understanding of the class to play.

That is so wrong. Frost dks have one of the more involving rotations in game, at least if you want to do max dps.

I'm pretty sure everyone here can agree on arcane mage to be honest.
