Enhancement shaman and Legendary weapons
Thanks alot Blizzard for revarding me with not a single f Legendary weapon i can use as an enhancement shaman, trough the whole damed history of this game! Do you might think that there are some calsses that need a slow one-handed wep with agility?? with this kind of game balancing i don't think i will play this game much longer..

Yeh cause there was so many enhancement shamans back then right? ;) |
Sulfuras, was useable very well by Enhancement, believe it or not.
It was in Vanilla but there has been a Legendary for all of the Shaman specs now.
This part, is invalid. |
My point still stands, Enhancement have had a legendary. |
Exactly.
Enhancement had Sulfuras, Resto had Val'anyr, Elemental had Dragonwrath. |
You can't argue that it's very orange. :D |
If enhancement shammys used strength back in vanilla, this weapon do count. But I do understand the frustration though. Rogues have had 5... Enhance, 1...
I just cancelled my subscription, gonna wait until the hurr durr pandaburr expansion gets out and cross my fingers for some enhance legendarys! Until then, may the force be with you. |

2004, Orgrimmar
RL: Ok, starting invites for MC! Shaman: I thought I'd come as Enhance. RL: You are a shaman, heal, or stay at home. Shaman: Mmmok... 2005, Molten Core Arms Warr: Behold, Sulfuras, Hand of Ragnaros! 2011 Shaman forums Deadlyboy: Enhance never had a legendary. :( Störmie: You had Sulfuras. |

Not our fault your guild thought you needed good specs for MC. Our secondary tank was a Feral Druid. The whineflood when she got the Heavy Dark Iron Ring first (the main tank didn't want it, thought it'd fit her better since he had two tank plate items already) was amazing. We had whispers to the officers telling us to kick her since she must have obviously ninjad it.
Ah, the days. Back when people thought spamming Fireball was difficult to do well. Before proper EJ, when doing ~30% lower DPS was considered good. ;) |

Just not sure I understand the resistance from fellow non-Enhance shamans (bar Störmie).
Resto had their shot in Ulduar, Elemental had their last tier, Enhancement had their shot five years ago when it was very rare that anyone even raided as Enhance, and numbers weren't crunched anywhere near the way they are today. I know that Blizzard don't see it the way that there should be a specific order in which legendaries are rotated, but why is it so awful that we think it would have been nice to see one in this expansion considering what the theme is and how long it was since a minuscule part of the Enhancers even had the chance to lay their hands on one? Especially when you see the motivation made for rogues - maybe they felt left out because of mages doing a lot of damage, when they in fact were topping dps charts together with warriors. Thereby not saying that I don't think that feral is due as well. Sure, the OP is technically not correct in saying we never had one, but in reality it's not that far from the truth when you consider how few Enhancers that actually got to use one when they still had their full value. So, please, I really want to know, why the "shut up, you had Sulfuras back in Vanilla" responses we see from other shamans that comparably recently had their chance at an orange? |

I can't find the thread, but it was on these forums. I was mentioning basically that if Blizzard decided to create a legendary that would be equippable by Enhancement, it'd have an even narrower playerbase that could equip it than the Fangs of the Father have.
As long as Enhancement is the only spec in the game that uses 2.6 Agi weapons, there will not be a Legendary. And since I doubt other specs will change to have use for such weapons, we should hope that Enh is changed to equip the same gear as multiple other specs. Yes, 2H Agi Polearms, I'm looking at you. -=EDIT=- Just not sure I understand the resistance from fellow non-Enhance shamans (bar Störmie).Don't get me wrong, I DO want a Legendary for Enh. I am just stating why there isn't going to be one the way specs are designed currently. And yes, the Rogue's felt left out excuse is way too bad. We don't buy it. Sorry rogue fellas, but you weren't left out to be in need of a Legendary. |

Well seeing as monks will (probably) be using 2.6 agi weapons for dps spec we might see one in MoP (think I'm being too hopefull here but muh). |

Indeed. and mabye i siad it wrong, but i said a weapon we could USE. In that i ment a weapon we could get for us, not not a bad choise two-hander that every singe two-handed wieldig class would get before us.. I ment a real option for enhance shamans.. a one slow one hander with agil.. ( and not a sword:P)

I was sure some1 would bring thta wep up, but i decided to not include it, because it was never realy an option... and to include a weapon that every other two-hander using class would get before an evt. shaman, and from the very start of teh game, is abit stupid.. But i guess i could have said last 5 years instead..:) |
Combat says hi. Hunter statstick says hi (this option goes in MoP - but higher item level most likely means upgrade if theres no rogue/enhance) Also, the rogue daggers were only usable by 2 specs on first incarnation. What did blizzard do? They added an effect so that combat could use it, too. This could've just been easily added either way on the daggers and allowing enhance with a separate Qline, or on a new set of weapons with a different proc to assist assass/subtlety rogues. So, what was that only argument stopping us from having a legendary? Also agi polearms pre-MoP have the same thing. Hunters statstick. |
That a class cannot have 2 Legendaries in the same expansion. Oops, Paladins did in WotLK. What stopped us is that they didn't want to have to do the extra work of a 2nd way to acquire the legendaries. And maybe even that an Enhancement dpsing with daggers might seem awkward. |
