Hello everyone,

Since Blizzard will of course completely ignore the situation of Outland like they do with all realms I'd like to say a few words to fellow Outlanders.

As we know the new expansion MoP will be very heavily balanced around Alliance against Horde, with lots of world PvP and conflicts in theory. In order to enjoy this we do need a balanced realm though which is in danger at the moment.

At the start of the expansion Outland had around 50:50 balance which is now more like a 2:1 AH ratio. In terms of PvE the horde side raiding doesn't fell any less good than alliance, in fact it is quite on par and still far more superior than on an average medium realm.
When it comes to PvP the tables turn. Outland has around 600 active 3v3 teams on Alliance side and 200~ on the horde side. We need to bring these numbers even and things will majorly balance out.

Since the realm is pretty full we should focus on faction changing instead of relying on migrating people who might make our server too full on a general basis. Queue at rush of a patch is fine, having year around queue is not.

So here is the message: Work together with your friends, guild, pvp mates or whoever and lets bring some people over to the horde side. Faction change helps things twice as fast because it subtracts one person from Alliance and adds one to the Horde which is a double win. If you come to think of it balancing Outland is can be quite easy if we work together. 65% 35% means if 10% of the ppl come over to horde we got 55-45% ratio which is more than enough!

PROMOTE THIS MESSAGE! SAVE OUTLAND OURSELVES BECAUSE BLIZZARD DOESN'T ACT TO PREVENT ANOTHER SERVER DISASTER LIKE AL'AKIR AND KAZZAK AND MANY OTHER REALMS HAD! IT IS NOT LATE AT ALL!

Good post mate. But I do not see myself from a very sexy human to become a fat stinking cow or a little ugly goblin midget. I would not be able to even look at my character not to mention play like it.
But if no one else has that problems should consider a change I guess.

would be nice if this happens but sadly many people wont fork out the 20 euros to faction change if the can get a free migration away from server

May I ask what Blizzard should've done? Should they be forcing Alliance players over to the Horde side, or what?

It's all up to ourselves.

I feel that all topics like this will do is make people aware that alliance is more active theirfore people will transfer on a high ratio making the situation worse. Hopefully im wrong but, it has got worse over the months. I think it would be a better idea and more effective to divert new transferring players to the horde because not many people are going to faction change, when they already have freinds and guilds on the ally side.

Oh just a side note: people need an incentive to want to faction change to horde. You say their is less active arena but raiding guilds are on par. Maybe a few PvP guilds should work togeather in promoting the horde side offering spots for dedicated players. Guilds will have the biggest effect on turning this around. Its about time they stepped up and acted.

Free migration options are always lesser compared to Outland. And yeah as I said raiding / pvp guilds are pretty equal but the amount of PvPers is more on alliance side. If we could convince some PvPers to come over the server would fixed and very competitive for MoP.

Intensity has many pro players and RRD has some very good players as well. Horde side is very alive that is not the problem, the problem is alliance side having way too many players compared to a normal server (hence the queues).

What we need is some sort of known/progressive horde PvP or Pve guild transfer here. Now we have gamesense and alike attract more alliance PvPrs as well the little detail, when you look at ladders you see mainly alliance players. Agreed, Blizzard should removel the racials, it is messing with PvP.

Do horde still have 6 minute pvp queues?

how about specific queing, im tempted to go back to horde, ally side is nice but it wears a bit thin seeing 20 or 30 random new faces a day

plus everyone seems to be a human so they all blend into one :P
