Hey, yesterday I purchased a faction change on Karaoké the night elf druid, the average wait time appears to be 1 hour but it's clearly been much longer than that.
It says 'Faction Change Pending' and I was just wondering if there was any particular reason for the delay on this :) |

Almost same problem, but with Race change. Says: An error has occurred.
There has been an error processing your request. For assistance, contact Blizzard Customer Support. My character was logged off since yesterday, I tried to buy this servise several times and still same problem. |

Same problem. Says: An error has occurred. double check your payment method wheter the right information was given. - clear bags, mails and such. if it still doesn't work, contact blizzard about it. |

ah sorry you're talking about a race change, misread there. Erm yeah if you claim that everything has done propperly then I'd give blizzard a call by using the phone number from your country http://eu.battle.net/support/en/article/account-and-payment-support - this is the list of available numbers. |

I bought a faction change yesterday. around 10pm. and still hasn't appeared. how long should i wait untill panicing? when i log onto my battle net and check the faction change tab it says faction change pending. has been over 12 hours now and still nothing :(. hope for a blue post ^^ thanks already
