Diploma thesis related to WoW - relevant resources?

Fellow players of WoW, heed my call!
I'm going to write my diploma thesis in relation to WoW. More specifically, my work should deal with economic performance of Czech WoW players in their real life and their virtual life, with the help of application of consumer theory. Most probably, I will write also about time preference of these players. There are several subtopics I'm interested in concretely: Elasticity of gameplay Willingness to pay / Willingness to accept Earnings of players irl to in-game Demographical factors of players Time preference of players (Discounting) Ok, this is just my rough, approximative plan of what to write about, not some end version. I don't even have the end version of the name of the topic itself yet. Currently, I'm in the process of doing some time sheet and finding some relevant literary / internet resources. And, that's the reason I need help supreme - that is, the WoW community itself! :) As I will get some data for analysis from questionnaire I will prepare, I need some competent fellow WoW players to recommend me some solid literary / internet resources, from which I can get valid background for my thesis. I have already spent some time finding some, but it is pretty possible, that I have overlooked some critical ones, as I'm not much knowledgeable in this kind of stuff related to MMORPGs in general. The resources I need should be mainly connected to: a) Consumer theory b) MMORPG industry c) Other relevant economic theory I can use in relation to my work I will appreciate any help provided.
