On my lvl with good tank there still one hot ticking on him (even he is at full health) cause when tank is good im still at full mana and that hot is "just for sure". It will change on higher level (and raids) i know. But now i got no mana problems so dont see reason not to overheal tank and wait what will happen around next corner. As i said thats valid if my mana pool is full (as it is almost always).
