A little about us
Tevinter is a multi-national semi-hardcore raiding guild on Silvermoon-EU created July 7, 2011. The guild was created with the aim to satisfy those who seek to have fun whilst progressing at a steady pace. We are looking for players who are already accustomed to the raiding aspects of the game. Here in Tevinter we pride ourselves on being able to have fun yet take a serious approach to boss fights. We tend to talk and have a laugh over Mumble during trash and farm bosses, but when it comes to new bosses and progression we take a much more serious approach. Those who apply to Tevinter will be brought in on a trial basis in order to give us time to evaluate the new recruit. Whilst being a good player is an important factor we also need to know that we can get along with them and that they actually fit in with the rest of the guild. If the recruit is happy within the guild and we are happy with them, they will be promoted to Raider rank after two weeks of trial. If the Member then continues to always put that little extra effort in, they will be promoted to Veteran. Players in these ranks are expected to be consistent, failing to be so may result in a demotion depending on circumstances. Our Veteran rank has higher priority on both gear and raiding spots. Replacements may happen if people begin to under perform and start to put extra stress on our raid group, we want to motivate our raiders to constantly improve themselves and to understand that the small things do matter. We expect you to: - Show up in time. - Have knowledge on your class/role inside out. - Have a 100% attendance. - Participate in PTR - Be Patient. - Understand boss mechanics. - Show interest in guild progress over personal gain. - Give it your best at every attempt. - Be able to handle criticism. We can offer you: - A Social and mature environment while raiding. - A chance to improve yourself as a player. - A guild with a lot of activities going on (such as achievment runs). - A guild with experienced and dedicated raiders in it. - Supplies such as Flasks, Pots & Food. We are always seeking exceptional applicants to challenge our current raiders for their spots, even if we aren't specifically looking for your class or spec, don't hesistate to apply. If your application is good enough, we may still want you! Important Information Loot System: Here in Tevinter we operate an EPGP system which is overseen by a loot council. EPGP is used to monitor attendance and loot history to form a rough priority order. The loot council is then used to decide who gets the item based on guild rank (veteran/raider), size of upgrade, priority for guild progression and also attitude and performance. We aim to make loot distribution as fair as possible whilst insuring guild progression. Attendance: Since we only raid three nights a week we require you to attend all three raids. If you can't make a raid we have an absence thread on our forums where you can post in advance and let us know you will not be able to make a certain raid. We are all well aware of that real life comes before WoW, But if you don't turn up and haven't told anyone you are risking either being demoted, which means you'll have to do hell of a job to get your rank back, it's as simple as that. B4 any 1 starts about how its not gonna be good for recruiting on nagrands forums the idea of this is that any 1 who remebers people from Tribal ( and a lot of us from Karma ) and may want to raid with us again can see where we have all gone.
Silvermoon is a great server with a very active trade / Ah. So maybe its time for you to think about a Xfer =D Thanks for reading and good luck to any1 who decides to apply |

Hi Fen and Gebuz, just a bit curious. why make a fool out of urselfs :p? And what's wrong with the guild? Yes we got 2 bosses down on HC cuz we focus on 25 mans purely. We dont go 10 man whenever it gets tough on us.
And it's gotta sting for you guys that our guild actually does have higher 25M world rankings than yours or?. Took me what, a few months to get here... I didnt have to ruin a server or steal people just to make this far. lol its not hard to be server first wenn the server is dead maybe go to other realm and try to be first there ow wait 10 man > 25 for you now
then why are you so scared of loosing people to silvermoon from nagrand server is allready dead so stop the wine and go 25 man progress slacker |
