Buying lvl 20-25 guild

As stated in the title, i'm interested in buying a level 20-25 guild. I'm not asking for a 950 players populated guild, or 8 bank tabs with all of the exclusive guild achievements. I'm just interested in a casual level 20-25 guild that I can take with me to another server.
