World of Warcraft

We have decided to start a Secondary/Alt raid group that will be hosted on Fridays at 20:00 Server Time. We are roughly 6-7 Core Raiders from Conspire who have at least Dragon Soul Normal ready gear for the time being, some have better. Some of the social-rank players in Conspire will also attend, however the same rules apply for everybody: 384ish+ i.lvl as well as 8/8 experience.

Everyone should also note that if they sign accept in the calendar and doesn't show for the raid you will lose your spot and I won't bother inviting you again. Also leaving before raid time is over (around 23:00 most likely, the latest, Server Time) will yield you the same result.

Requirements:
What do we require of you if you wish to be part of the raid group?

Being able to listen and communicate when it is needed using TeamSpeak3.
Show dedication and knowledge of your class and role.
Knowledge of and experience of clearing all of the Dragon Soul Normal encounters up to and including both Deathwing fights.
Usage of Potions, Food and Flasks, always bring enough and make sure you have enough with you.
The lowest average item level requirement will be around 384 equipped.
And of course, FULLY and properly enchanted and gemmed gear.

We are also looking to keep this group going for several weeks and are also looking to, once the normal encounters are cleared, start killing heroic mode bosses. This is not only a one-week thing so we want commitment from the players that join the raid group and that wish to participate additional weeks. Also we are going to be using World of Logs to keep track of how people perform - if I believe that you arn't pulling your weight then I will simply look into it and replace you for the upcoming week by removing you from the list.

Loot rules: Master looter, Rogue Legendary items are reserved. Boss Loot is the regular Main Spec before Off-Spec. BoE's that might drop from trash will first be rolled out for Main Spec and after that Activity for the last fight will be linked and the item will then be raid rolled, so if you wern't active at all for that fight - tough luck AFK:ers! Also, Patterns will be Raid rolled using the same system, Essence of Destruction will be put into Conspire's guild bank where people who wants to join the guild as Friday-night 25man raiders can buy them for a reduced price to craft BoE's.

As you can see in the previous paragraph, if you do well and we want to keep you for following 25man raids you will be offered to join the guild as a 25man casual-raider if that is of interest.

Conspire is always looking for exceptional players, if you prove yourself as a competent player and is already playing with us as a casual-raider who is thirsting for more we will consider offering you a trial spot in the guild if that would be of interest to you.

We have done this for the past few weeks with just picking people in trade and with less than average gear and we've killed 7/8 with very minimal wipes and got to last platform on Madness but called it due to it getting late!

And yeah don't worry Kungalooshi is here to carry the DPS!

You ppl should drop in a bit more, and we should come your side sometimes also... to bad we are lazy. Some PVP gear would be nice m8 If you have a spec for it. But since you are a strong raider might have an issue there.

Sorry, but for the time being I can not take on any more Melee DPS and this is the only reason I can't really take you on right now - I'll get back to you if the situation changes, in the meantime I can only thank you for showing interest in this run.

2 Ranged DPS (Casters high prio, especially Warlock/Mage but any will do)
1 Tank, preferably anything but Paladin if I can be picky.
3 Healers, open to any class at the time being.
