If you thought you had missed your chance to own a piece of Blizzard Entertainment history, we have good news for you: it’s not too late! Starting on January 23, we'll be releasing the last batch of retired EU server blades, which will be available for bidding on eBay. Don’t miss your final opportunity to take part in this charity auction — net proceeds will be donated to the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
St. Jude is a pediatric hospital and research facility, where patients from Europe and around the world are cared for. European medical professionals benefit from the discoveries made at St. Jude in their treatment of children with cancer and other serious illnesses. Partner clinics across the globe are aided by the hospital's valuable research. |

One of the problems with the sale of these server blades is the cost of the shipping. Last time I almost bought a piece of my own server Bloodhoof but then I saw the shipping cost which were absolutely insane for anyone living outside France.
I hope the shipping is a lot cheaper this time arround. |

The Server Blade = " won't allow you to transfer your character to an un-dead server "
Amirite ? |

I bought part of my server (Bloodscalp) and the shipping costs were indeed reduced from the original prices quoted. Yes, still expensive, but its for a good cause. Ps. This is a geeks prize tbh. Trying to explain to your gf just why this is cool is so time consuming i gave up :) |

In perspective of this post http://eu.battle.net/wow/en/forum/topic/3109941210?page=1
I actually think you still run Ravencrest on some of those terrible 6 year old servers. OR it would explain the insane shipping cost since it feels like the server is located in Australia due to the delay on spells. I also just noticed Ravencrest is not for sale. Proves my point above; It is still in use...... |

Your realm has been updated to the latest infrastructure, and I can confirm this. The most probable reason for your realm not being for sale in the final batch of server blades would be because they are now sold out. After checking back in our previous auctions I was able to find that Ravencrest was up for bidding during the second wave of auctions here: http://eu.battle.net/wow/en/blog/3299968 I can see that you have already discussed this extensively with our technical support team and that your technical knowledge is far greater than my own XD Technical support were able to confirm that there were no issues with your character and that a stable strong connection to the server could be made. If you are continuing to have issues with your account, I can only recommend that you contact them again. |

All for charity. However buying an unusuable item deems me to look mocking.
