A Necessasry Evil is a guild that started up the day Hellfire was created at the beginning of TBC.
Ever since early TBC, we have provided a consistent environment for our players to raid 25-man instances.
Among our achievements since the beginning, include realm first level 25 guild and a number of realm- and horde first kills.
After the release of Cataclysm, finding good quality players to replace the inevitable players that need to leave for one reason or another has become difficult.
Instead of waiting for players to trickle in one by one, we are looking for a group of like-minded players to join us.
At the moment, our composition is quite good, but we are slightly short on players for all roles. An ideal situation, would be if a 10-man guild
that struggles with players would want to join us, to give us a few players of each role.
We offer a social raiding experience, with emphasis on having fun. This is a game, after all, and not another job.
The goal is obviously to see all the content the game has to offer, and to defeat as much of it as possible.
To accomplish this, we require our raiders to fully enchant their gear and come prepared for raids.
In return, we provide fish feasts and the best quality flasks available.
We dislike downtime, and we do not tolerate players who make everyone else wait for them.
Players need to be able to handle constructive criticism, and we expect everyone to treat their fellow players with respect.
We have grown older since the beginning of the guild, and realize that the game cannot always have top priority.
The raiders are expected to do their best at attending all raids, and we want everyone to make at least three out of four raids under normal circumstances.
In addition to raiders, the guild consists of friends of the raiders. The friends are there primarily for social reasons, but can also be a resource in times of low attendance.
Outside of raids we do weekly raids with alts and friends and run rated battlegrounds. These runs are obviously open both for the raiders and the purely social players.
We currently raid four days a week, but can consider going down to three days a week if that tips the balance. We have killed Morchok on heroic mode, and are currently working on Hagara.
If this sounds interesting to you, please contact us in-game at Hellfire, or through our webpage, http://www.aneguild.com.
Even though this is a call for a group of players, we will of course consider any application made.
A well known problem (probably even more problematic @ horde side). Best of luck with finding suitable players.
Threats of violence. We take these seriously and will alert the proper authorities.
Posts containing personal information about other players. This includes physical addresses, e-mail addresses, phone numbers, and inappropriate photos and/or videos.
Harassing or discriminatory language. This will not be tolerated.
