I was asked by a Game Master to post the results of a trouceroute so that you can try to verify a possible issue with between my ISP ZON - Portugal and Stormscale server/battleground.
There are currently several other customers of this ISP with the same sort of problems and I have asked the ones I know to do the same as a reply to this post so that you can gather some information and patterns to be able to try to help us solve it or to even pass our reports to our ISP. We are having severe connection issues when in instances and between loading screens and it is affecting our gameplay specially when in arenas when every second counts. Other Portuguese players that are having the same issue are also free to reply to this post so that Blizzard can see if this is affecting every ZON customer. That said, please find bellow the results of my trace route: A rastrear a rota para eu.logon.battle.net [213.248.127.130] Best Regards, Phaze |

Hello there,
It looks like there may be packet loss on that trace, however to be sure could I ask you for a pathping instead? We have a guide here on how to create this file: http://eu.battle.net/support/en/article/how-do-i-create-a-pathping-to-a-world-of-warcraft-realm |

Here is the pathping you asked for:

This last week-end I have tested out playing in my friend's house with my computer and worked perfectly without any disconnect or stucks in loading screen. Also he is not a ZON Customer so just proves even more the problem with ZON and Stormscale Realm.
Still waiting for a answer, Best Regards, Phaze |
