EX is a raiding guild that has been around for more than 6 years and has taken on every challenge in the game thus far. We're always looking for exceptional players to strengthen our raiding squad for current and future content.
We are looking for players who: - Are PvE focused. - Are dedicated to progress. - Can have very high attendance. - Can handle criticism and learn from it. - Know when to speak up and when not to. - Have good knowledge about their class. - Have decent gear which is fully enchanted and gemmed. - Have experience with, at least, all the current content. The more experience the better. - Have a microphone and are comfortable with talking on Ventrilo. What we can offer you: - A guild with friendly and helpful members. - A progress oriented raiding environment. - Opportunity to further develop your skills and game play. Our Raid Times: Sunday: 20:00-00:00 Monday: 20:00-00:00 Tuesday: 20:00-00:00 Wednesday: 20:00-00:00 Thursday: 20:00-00:00 Recruitment status: To optimize our setup we are currently looking for: Balance Druid Ret / Holy Paladin Warlock Mage Hunter Ele / Enhancement Shaman We ALWAYS consider exceptional applicants regardless of status, but classes where we have a particular need are of course more likely to be accepted. If you are an exceptional player we will find an opening for you in every class and spec, with that said, some classes are better stocked than others and competition will be fierce for certain spots. If you are interested, please visit our website www.ex-gaming.org to make an application. If you have any questions or would like to make a private application, message Rain, Asharita, Adren or Reprise in game for a chat. If none are online, ask any of our members who will either refer you, or answer your questions if they are able. |

Bump for Ex...

bump for one of the few 25man guilds still raiding constantly.
We need more active 25man guilds in the server...it will only be good for competition and the game :) |

bump for one of the few 25man guilds still raiding constantly. Certainly true, but wonder if some guilds with attendance issues would benefit more from a more relaxed schedule where people actually bother to come, then we could make RC the nº1 skilled casual land, which it already is kinda! |

I moved to RC on Oct because it was suppose to be the top guild in 25man raiding and i still prefer 25man than 10man .
I get what you say seksixeny but i dont think its the hardcore schedule . I think if 5-6 10man guilds that are struggling due to lack of healers or tank decide to merge together then things will improve alot for all guilds.. We have 1 -2 new 10man guilds popping each day and most of them have 1/8 heroic ..well i would suggest if they lack 4 people they should apply as a team to a 25man struggling and help each other... We need 25man guilds not more 10man casual ones... |

True, but what I was suggesting was exactly that if the 25 man guilds relaxed a bit their schedule (3 days or 2 like GT) it could help getting more members from the 10 man casuals you mentioned, plus allow current members to focus on each raid day and making it count rather than making up 1001 excuses not to come...

I'm not sure if the problems you're describing within 10m guilds are entirely accurate. We're one of those 10m casual guilds you described, and the problem isnt people slacking or non quality raidtime (every progress boss has taken >3 hours up until now once we've actually got inside.) The problem is that unlike a 25 we run [necessarily and by choice] with tiny rosters, meaning if somebody can't make it, we're unable to raid that day. The problem 25m guilds have in general is fostering that casual, friendly, and close knit atmosphere whilst still maintaining a 'decent' level of progress. Bump anyway ;p |

Most 10 man guilds don't have that problem, but 25 mans do :) |
