At least 4k resilience as no skill is involved in having basic gear. Im looking for a skilled Affliction Warlock really but other classes would be ok so long as the comp is viable.

Please no players who are just looking to cap conquest points, im looking for someone long term who wants to get a high rating (starting target 1800 then we will see)
