High prio on Boomkin/SP/Warlock/Ele shammy
Med prio on a Hunter and a warrior, paladin or druid tank. Note: We have changed name to Chaldkydri From <PTHC> & <Friendship is Magic> due to some complications. We started playing again Jan 23 and had to use some questionable pug members to fill half the raid the first week. Our first pure guild raid was wednesday February First one shotting our way to madness but was unable to kill him due to a bad setup, downing him the next day on our second unbugged (y u no carry the bear over to the platform, wind) attempt. A little bit about us The main core of <Chaldkydri> goes all the way back to start of Vanilla. We have all been wiping on the Molten Giants in Molten Core, succesfully completed the Suppresion Room in BwL(even without ragequitting), looted every color of the Qiraji Battle Tank mounts in AQ 40 & and I guess you see where this is going? Incase you haven't, then we did end our Vanilla adventures in Naxxramas 40, watching our current Holy Paladin lose The Ashbringer with a roll of 96 (The winner rolled 97). We all transfered to Anachronos when The Burning Crusade was released. Joining the former top guild on Runetotem, Chaldkydri. We managed to throw the !@#$ty core in Serpentshrine Cavern & and getting pyroblast raped in Tempest Keep before splitting with Chaldkydri. The remaining time of The Burning Crusade was spent on the great Vek'nilash, in a fantastic guild named The Wolf Pack. Witnessing people die to fall damage on Archimonde, or failing on ghosts at Teron Gorefiend - Good old TBC memories. We managed 4/6 in Sunwell before the big patch hit, leaving Muru and Kil'Jaeden left before Wotlk. As Wotlk werent "long" ago, and a lot of the current players started their WoW career in Wotlk, then they should know most of the raiding achievements. Instead of wasting more of your time with pointless stories, then I'll simply note down what we did: Start of Wotlk Glory of the Hero (Pre any nerfs). Glory of the Raider 10 & 25. Obsidian Sanctum with 3 drakes alive (Including the 10m version). Ulduar release: Glory of the Ulduar Raider 10 & 25. Algalon 10m. ToGC release: 4/5 ToGC (Anub never died on Heroic due to our guild disbanding) Icecrown release: Glory of the Icecrown Raider 10 & 25. Lich King Heroic with the 20% buff. As Cataclysm was released, we decided to test ourselves in the really hardcore world, achieving things like: World 50 Halfus Wyrmbreaker World 49 Valion and Theralion World 59 Conclave of Wind World 104 Maloriak World 54 Chimaeron The constant raiding quickly destroyed our fun in the game, and we all decided to quit the raiding and the game around christmas. We are now returned to WoW and aiming to build up a strong group for Mist of Pandaria. Our goal for Mist of Pandaria is to achieve a top 200 rank, without sacrifing real life. When do we raid? We will be raiding 3 days (monday, wednesday and thursday) Note, that if you are not able to raid these days, dont bother reading on. We dont expect 100 % attendance, but if you got football practice every monday and thursday, dont waste our time. Why should you join us? * Simple - We raid and we fool around. You will become part of a group that uses most of the day on joking around, chatting on ventrilo and enjoying eachothers company (HOT). Fear not, when It's time for raiding, everyone will be putting on their pokerface and the lust for progress kicks in (cheesy eh). We aim to make the guild one of the best raiding guilds on the server. To achieve that we need players who value the same things as we do. Our main focus is progressive raiding. In order to compete, as a 3 raiding days a week guild, we want players who shine above the rest. We are not looking for the person who is happy just being a part of a raid group, we want people who put pride into being among the best. If you are one of these types, then this is the guild for you. What do we require from YOU *Our biggest requirement is former experience. We would prefer if you add in ALL your WoW experience. Please note that we are looking for former hardcore raiders.* - Be 18 or above. - Be able to perform at your top level everytime. We are not looking for people who only pay attention when they want to. - Be able to see and understand your mistakes. We all make mistakes from time to time, but we dont make the same mistake over and over. - Be able to control your own time. We only raid 3 times a week, so its important we use the time well. Dont come 30 mins late cause your mom wanted you to do chores. - Be able to take a joke, dont be sensitive about things over the internet. Hi troll, we returned to wow a week ago, geared up that week and almost cleared ds 10 normal with 5 pugs and crap gear, no it's not a troll post but thanks for the bump!
