Hello Draenor !
AIAO stands for Adapt, Improvise And Overcome. We founded this guild in 2008 on Doomhammer and were quite succesfull on 25 man raiding. January 2012 we transferred to Draenor as there wasnt enough fresh blood to spill anymore. We could use some more people to join the fun of 25 man raiding : Shaman : Elemental Shaman : Resto Druid : Resto Warlock Mage Shadowpriest If your class isn't listed here, please do not hesitate to make an application nevertheless. Any outstanding application will be reviewed! Fun is where it is about, while maintaining progress. What we expect from you is - You have a minimum age of 18 years old or are mature - You have social skills - You are willing to learn - You are not a drama queen, this includes crying over loot, immaturity or crying because someone called you a name - You are prepared! Our raiding times are: 19:30 to 23.30 max servertime (On progress days we might push it if we feel we're close to a kill) Our raid nights are : Wednesday and Thursday Sunday and Monday We expect 3 out of 4 nights attendancy. So that's a bit about us. You can always poke one of the members to see if there is an officer online to have a chat if you're wanting to have more information about the guild! First welcome.
And now the reality slap, yes this is a high populated realm , but unlike what you might think its not so easy to recruit to 25 man as you think. First you will attract the scrubs, ppl that have been refused from every other guild. Then with time(and if you survive long, % of guilds that migrated and made it in 25 man is really low), and depending on how good you guys become , then you will start to attract better players. The question is will you guys survive that long ? |

( I have a character on Doomhammer called Shabbah, scary ! ) We came from Doomhammer and there is really nothing happening anymore over there. Such a low horde population ( 2k characters and here its 18k characters ) Yes we are aware that just moving won't magically solve the recruitment issues we had but there are so many more fish in the sea here. And we survived a long time already on Doomhammer, we will not give up on 25 man raiding. |

Hey welcome. Like Mankind said recruitment especially for 25 mans isnt easy now all over the realms but at least Draenor is extremely heathy population wise and you ll be better then on Doomhammer that's for sure.
And realm will be wicked for MoP when most players will start playing again |

Hey, welcome to Draenor...
I must say there isn't 5 day 25 man guild on Draenor, at least not on horde side, so if there is any players interested in 5 days a week im sure you will attract them. 5 days guilds mostly died out on Draenor or reverted to 4 or 3 days... For comparison, on horde side, Old school raid 3 days a week for 4 hours per raid, while Luce is 3 days a week for 3 hours per raid, so there isn't even a 4 days guild on the horde side (although some ppl run alt runs on the 4th day...) So the potential for 5 days a week is big, if you find the people who are willing to commit... Best of luck! |

Welcome! So glad to see a new 25man guild on the server, i really hope it works out for you guys.
Don't mind all the trolls who will no doubt start spamming this thread with "lulz u guys bad wont recruit ever 2 bad kek". Most people will be happy to see another guild around. |
