(Make sure to describe this as well as you can): Well, I'll enter a battleground say, as soon as I get into combat, or are close to someone else in combat, my character does the hand animations for casting spells, but everyone around stops and starts running on the spot, I can still move, but the hand animations stay the same, so if im casting a fire spell, my hands stay on fire, then when the frozen period is over, everyone moves to where they should be, attacks are being fired off everywhere and I'm most likely dead without seeing anyone even hit me due to being lagged out. Then my world MS is up to anything between 1k - 15k. But I have no lag in input, so I can cast spells without a delay when im not frozen. At first I thought it was because I'd updated Deadly Boss Mods on the day it started occuring, so I uninstalled that, no change, I tried getting rid of all add ons, nothing changed, deleted the CACHE/WTF/INTERFACE folders and refreshed them, no change. Reconfigured User Interface Options to the default ones, no change. It's really starting to bug me now as i really cannot do anything in the game without getting a stupid amount of world MS and freezing all the time. I can safely say that along with the priest Marclar, I'm getting pretty much the same problem, it's always when i get into combat or are extremely close to other people in combat, it's just getting beyond a joke now. I've tried to reboot my router about 6 times to no avail. Everything else with my connection is fine, it's just World of Warcraft. Here's my tracert. Since the patch it seems like large swathes of the playerbase have been hit by the Lag Grenade.... I am in the UK and prior to patch never had one problem with WoW.
Now 4k ms World latency is a luxury. |

that doesnt proove anything ? why do i get disconnected ? i have a good desktop build, but a rather crappy netgear wireless WN121T wireless device but it worked perfectly for years until this patch. |

(Make sure to describe this as well as you can): There are several sympthoms , most common are - game is laggy (delay on using skills, spells , interaction with anything) / game goes fine for minute or two, then happends freeze (cant cast, use skills, everything stops moving, cant interact with anything etc... after some time from 30 sec to 6 minutes everything goes like on fast forward and im in new place/enviroment/situation) from others point of view i didnt moved at all but teleported to new place . As addition I will add that i dont download anything at playtime, dont use youtube or other streaming services, dont update anything (checked 20 times ,lol), even closed web browser, my phone (and modem at same time - Samsung Galaxy S II) does not use any internet features at time as well. What exactly happens? (Make sure to describe this as well as you can): I am logged in I can chat perfectly fine in most cases, but world latency is sooo BIG in number, I have tried my other connection and that is fine most of the time but still struggles, the problem only started occuring when the patch came out and I'm wary it might be something to do with security comprimasations? but most importantly I cant cast spells, use items, or menus effectively with lag ranging up to minutes in delay. |

Looking thru this thread and others relating to Latency / connection issues the common part is the traceroutes all dies at Telias routing servers:
adm-b5-link.telia.net [213.155.134.43] prs-b8-link.telia.net [213.155.132.231] e.tc Several different ISPs (Tele2, 3, Banhof) from several different locations (Sweden, Poland, England...) it is not a local problem with clients, ISPs its something that is very wrong with Telias routing and there is where the solution will be found. so Blizzard please contact your routing partner Telia and solve the problem.
