[H] <Damnation> 1/8 HC looking for additional raiders

Greetings.
<Damnation> has started a search for a few ranged damage-dealers that is able and willing to join our raiding-ranks. We have some expectations about you, but you can again expect some back. We are at the moment only in need of a few ranged DPS (Class does not matter, although a Shadow Priest would be nice), but any other class can be evaluated if you are interested. First off, we consider ourselves a semi-casual raiding guild that likes to have fun within raids, but still be able to progress further into Dragon Soul than we already have. We have great understanding that real life can and will go before a game, although we would still expect a heads-up should something occur. We have the following requirements: - Be able to understand English properly. - Need to have Teamspeak 3. (Preferably with a microphone, but this is optional) - A good Internet connection. - Properly enchanted, gemmed and reforged gear for your class and role. - Using a PvE friendly talent tree along with glyphs. - Have good knowledge about raiding encounters and willing to learn more. - Knowing your class and role well. We raid three days a week (Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday) from 19.00 to 23.00 servertime. We rarely or never exceed these times. We would like you to attend as many events as you are able to, but we do not require 100% attendance rate. You are expected to show up ready to raid when the invites start around 19.00. This includes everything that needs to be prepared. You are required to have your Well Feds ready (this can be withdrawn from the guildbank), but we will provide a flask through a Cauldron. Costs of repair can also be used through guildbank money. We have cleared all normal content up to and including Madness of Deathwing in Dragon Soul, and 1/8 Heroic Dragon Soul.
