They will lose, because this product can be seen as non-conform :) Really; they would lose a law suit for lightning's blade :) believe me. But with other servers (LB's really bad) this will prolly be different as on most low pop servers the activity is still enough to progress.

Since about two mill quit, they should alrdy shut some of the servers down/merg 'em togheter.

Agree with OP, though.. Sucks being stuck on a low population realm, if ya'll have no guild yo be happy in.

This is what I posted on the Blue post about the FCM for the people who are from Portugal or speak the language. I feel its relevent here too.

I dont see why they made a Aggra (Português) server anyway. I mean I was under the impression you play wow to intergrate with people from other countries and to raid with pugs and stuff. None of this happens on Lightning's Blade without having to wait at least an hour for a 10 player DS group to fill up and from what I hear other servers have it just as bad too. In ICC days you could fill up an ICC25 from scratch in about 25 miniutes.

I don't see why (as this is what I see) the Portuguese people are getting special treatment as they are getting a free character transfer from a dead realm to a more active one and the rest of us who cannot speak the language are stuck here unless we pay out for a transfer.

We already pay for this service and unlike people in populated servers we are not getting anywhere near as good as service as them. At least they can do stuff a MMORPG was made for without wasting time trying to find people who are not even there? As a company Blizzard should realise that asking such a high price to transfer a character off a realm which has problems out of the customers control is completly unjust.

Alot of people have levelled up five or six characters to 85 and do stuff on a regular basis, there is no way asking them to pay £15 for EACH character is at all fair. Especially considering a large majority of the playerbase are people who are in school or students.

Simple soulutions could include offering a free transfer off Lightning's Blade to a more active server or as many other people have suggested merge the low poplated servers into two or three big servers. If people have to rename their characters then that is a small inconvenience to actually get some decent play out of the game.

I am pretty sure nothing will be done, they say they are working on it for Mists of Panderia but in all fairness that is months and months away. Why should the player have to put up with this nonsense for months on end to wait for a possible solution. There could at least be some effort for a solution for us sooner rather than waiting all that time.

How longer they wait how more money they gain..

I have a toon on Frostmane ( a high populated server ) and the only option I get is a portoguese server .. the options blizzards provides takes my breath away, dont know what to choose, the 1 or the 1 or the 1 again .. maybe i should transfer to the portoguese server where I would understand the trade chat as much as i would my ex O.o

Blizzard just either does not know how to solve this problem or they are just letting the server die to close it eventually... But they are obligated to tell us what to expect!

Unsub or suck it up and pay 20-45€ per character to change server. Free character transfer might solve something like in Rift but ACTIVISION-BLIZZARD LIKES YOUR MONAYH!

Yes, I am totally going to pay 20€ per character for a transfer to a better realm. 10x20=200€
