Very poor loot Off Hand DPS

why there are no off hand dps level 384?
And why there is only one level 378 on dungeons that has a drop rate very low? I don't understand..... There is a main hand weapon for dps and why no off hand? |

Because the normal version of the off-hand item (
 Dragonfire Orb) drops from trash and trash in LFR doesn't drop epic items.

Between 1.3 and 3% according to WoWHead.

For me is a very low drop rate for an item like that, also because there isn't any different metod to get that kind of item.

To me it look like it only drop in ds 10/25 mans hc so it sux a bit, as my mage only make 10 mans norm and lfr
