We're currently looking for a Holy Paladin, Resto Druid and Mage for Team 1. Team 2 are interested in applications from a resto druid and a fury warrior with OS prot.

Raid times: 20:45 - 00:00 realm time Monday through Friday and 19:45 - 23:00 on Sunday.
Loot System: Custom (Nil by sum, fixed cost).
Guild Established: August 2010
Current Roster Sizes: Team 1 - 10, Team 2 - 11

We're currently 5/8H Dragon Soul, we're currently recruiting to fill some gaps which appeared over Christmas. During Firelands we went 5/7 heroic, we expect to progress further based on players recruited at the beginning of this tier.

We run two raid teams on different schedules:

Team 1: Weds, Thurs, Mon
Team 2: Friday, Sunday

Team 1 is a fairly tight roster and focused on progression.

Team 2 are a social group, more concerned with the experience of raiding than a desire to race for new kills.

What we expect from applicants

• A knowledge of your class
• Appropriately gear and knowledge of the tier to begin raiding with us
• The desire to clear new content
• Ability to communicate concisely via Mumble when necessary
• Suitable attendance levels to support the roster

What we can offer

• The obvious - food, flasks, repairs
• Fair and even loot distribution
• Alt runs - we encouraged raiders to play other classes outside of official raids to experience other aspects of the fight first-hand
• Support in completing content that assists raiding - such as legendary weapons

Yes, we will entertain x-realm apps (we plan on being around for a very long time ;-))
Yes, we will consider applications from other classes/archetypes, but the above is what we've identified as needing for optimal comp at present. We don't want to waste anyones time with frequent sitouts.
