World of Warcraft

I'm searching for a guild but got quite confused among all this whispered advertisments. Groups with websites mostly describe themselves in similiar way (friendly, mature, having fun) and there are LOTS of them so I've decided to ask directly.

It IS rp server so I am into rp myself. But I would rather skip organizations that are too strict about roles (ex. kicking out dwarf that do not drinks).

Bad news are I'm not very systematic player and could skip such things like rp events, raids etc.
Good news are I'm more interested in group than guild perks or gear, so smaller and newer guilds are welcomed as well.

Hello there Berengier! It's good to see someone actively LOOKING for an RP guild on an RP server. There is a thread stickied called The DMF RP guild listing, though to be perfectly honest I'm not entirely certain how updated it is anymore as Zhinlan has left/is leaving the realm.

However, I can give you the heads up about a few guilds that I know are seeking RPers :

The Blackmist Brigade. I know that because I'm the guild leader! Our details and application process are here: http://blackmist.guildportal.com and please don't let it intimidate you. Any questions, feel free to give me, Seldara or Tani a message.

The last I heard, the Dwarven District Guard were around again, and re-recruiting. I don't know much about them other than they ARE RP oriented (and mostly Dwarves and Gnomes to boot) but the contact information I was given was for Dumpling.

Shari Adune are active again, from what I understand. They do have a restriction that you must be a Night Elf, so you may consider them if you have Nelves running around.

The Outcast Haven. They are small, but always seeking RPers. I'm friends with their guild leader Nulani, and can tell you they'd be worth looking in to.

Vanguard of Valor. They are, from what I understand, a mix of RP and raiding, and they are quite large. Contacts there are Selta, Slashcat, and Levian.


These are all the guilds that I know FOR CERTAIN that have strong RP tendencies and are at least a little bit (if not a lot) active! I hope this helps you!
