Female Undead Hunter names?
|
|
I'm stuck coming up with a good name. Everything I can think of is taken. What are some good female undead hunter names, or just the best names you've seen for a hunter?
Tnx. :D |

Whenever I try to come up with an RP-ish name for my characters, I go to the WoW Trading Card Game database (http://www.wowtcgdb.com/) and browse the cards. You can sort by class or race if you like, so it's easy to pick out some names you like.
Then just switch some syllables, vowels, etc and you'll have your own name in no time. |

I personally like Anatoli or Alithyra. :)

From the lore point of view, all undead have been humies before they let their appearance go to rack and ruin, so one possibility is to use English [Common] first names. I know most of them are taken, so you might have a better luck searching for names which were in common use during 12th to 16th century.
At least that's what I do and it seems to work well enough. |

Names for Undead are usually ordinary English names.
Names for hunters are anything to do with tracking, animals, hunting, shooting, etc. |

Mirande I had a good laugh eventhough he actually has a good point. Personally I tend to borrow names from the Advanced Dungeons and Dragon pen and paper RP game. Forgotten Realms are really big and alot of novels, short-stories and tales have been written about renouned persons that live there |

I'd say any human female name would fit.

Well, if you're looking for something that an actual forsaken hunter in lore would have, then I suggest looking at a list of NPCs in the Undercity and looking at the female names. Or human names, for that matter. You know, all playable forsaken originally being human and all.
