New Frost Presence.

Frost Presence: Strengthens you with the presence of Frost, increasing Runic Power generation by 100%. Only one Presence may be active at a time, and assuming a new Presence will consume any stored Runic Power. No longer increases damage.
Discuss? Seems you guys are -finally- getting some buffs that you so desperately deserve :D! At least Frost Presence wont seem entirely useless now. |

Well, buff and buff.. we're basically going to use Frost Presence rather than Unholy Presence now. But I like it, I always liked Frost Presence because you do sweet crits in that presence. ^_^

FS has been lowered to 35RP.
Chill of the Grave has gone though, so we're back to HB providing 10rp and obliterate 20. Basically, this FP change is a nerf. You lose the increase to RP the old FP gave, and gain back the Chill of the Grave Talent we lost. HB will net you 20rp and Obliterate 40. Well, actually for Obliterate, we'll gain 10rp per use. /meh |

Well, looks like we have to make a choice of being extremely susceptible to being rune starved in unholy pres. Or putting up with a tank gcd while trying to burst someone down in frost pres.
Why? 30 rp bonus cap gone, runic generation talents gone It's pretty ugly - though thinking about current gameplay from a pvp perspective as frost i'd rather have some insane dps output while ams/ibf are up, also with ams only lasting 5 seconds I would want to make the most out of the time it lasts. Not to mention having a new filler on a 6 sec gcd to help counter rune starvation. It just doesn't seem worth having a tanks gcd as a melee burst dps. Look at blood pre-vengeance nerf; hits hard but what screwed it over was the gcd cap, even when you could bang out 70k crits you would still be unlikely to get the kill due to the time in which your opponent had to react and respond to the damage you dealt. Story is different with casters since you can do dps from 40 yards - for melee it just makes too much difference to be worth bothering with. Although say in PVE, frost presence would be the norm for dps. For Unholy i'm not sure to be honest, will have to see how well rune generation turns out to be based on the scaling of haste rating at 90. |

She doesnt know who you are, and she hasnt told a soul what Class/Character I am playing now a days, the only people that know what Class is my Main are the people whom I have told, and my Main isnt what most might think it is ;o Being Server-Famous has its downfalls. Haters gon' hate. :'( |

MoP will be out before D3 is released. ;)
(Which I'm sure is counter to Blizzards strategy of using D3 as the 4.3 to 5.0 content patch for WoW!) |

MoP will be out before D3 is released. ;) Diablo III has been stated for an 'aimed' release by Q2 of 2012, where as MoP hasnt even had an estimated release date from a Blue Post yet, so I am going to go with the Source and say D3 will be out some times between March-July (Hopefully it will be finished by Blizzards expectations by then), where as MoP wont be out till later in the year. I am looking forward to Diablo 3 (PvP) release, as I am sick of the current state of WoW PvP, which determines how high of a rated you get by the Class you play and which combo you play it in more so than anything else like how well you actually play your Class, or even gear now, but hey, Diablo III Witch Doctor ftw! |

u are kidding right? as a dual wielder i want to attack as fast as possible (unholy pres) and thats what blizz dont seem to understand, if i wanted slow and clunky id use a 2h (unholy spec) not dual wield... why dont they just give in and make frost pres what the current unholy pres is and make unholy pres into something slow and clunky for the 2h spec... (oh and whats wrong with MoP? it only appears that theres design flaws in the way u can spec but it looks to be more about team building rather than solo builds since u can easily get a partner to fill in a hole in ur spec not to mention we dont know the specifics on what damage/healing will actually be like) |
