I've been playing on Kor'gall for a few years now, and it has come to my attention the rapid deterioration the realm is experiencing, spanning from the number of people currently playing on it, to the status of the economics (AH and the costs of different services).

As most of you know Kor'gall is one of the oldest servers, and as such is currently mostly populated by Horde characters , which in my personal opinion, led to a rapid migration on the Alliance side to a number of different realms. The current population is listed as "low", which is a real shame considering the long history of the realm. This post is sort of an appeal in the hope that some action will be undertaken to balance the realm, the two sides, which may just bring the realm back to life!

As far as Economics goes, the AH (at least on the Alliance side) lacks almost everything, there is a rare few people posting anything, and such is almost impossible to get the enchants, gems you need. As the rules of economics state, if the competition is small or almost non- existent, the prices will skyrocket! This is currently happening on Kor'gall and as such gives people one more reason to migrate somewhere else. Personally, I don't see the point of a PVP realm if one side is almost empty, the Horde may not have anyone to battle in a few months, or a years time! Some people may say, this has already happened, if you look at the TB win: loose ratio and the amount of alliance/horde currently participating you can easily notice there is a severe lack of Alliance players.

WoW is a dying game anyway so I wouldn't worry too much.
D3 will be out soonish as well, and there's SC2 to play if you're Blizzard fanatic. Maybe there's even be another Warcraft!

Over 10 million subscribers still and that's dying? Yes the game lost over 1.5 million subscribers in 2011 but they'll soon hit level 50 SWTOR, realize that there's no endgame and resubscribe to WoW.

The WoW engine is dated.
People who played it for years are getting bored with the linearity of the content.
There are far more impressive looking MMORPGs to tempt potential new players.

And this is how much care blizzard gives ......................... ok soon fix.

OP, no change will come until MOP for sure. And even then its 90% likely not to do much.

And yes, korgall AH was just to dead now. I had to give up myself with playing AH before I migrated off.

I fear they only will do things like the TB-faction fix, where its even numbers. But the AH idea is also possibel. But Im not optimistic inn big changes.
