You think you got what it takes to keep the streets of Orgrimmar safe? You can handle yourself against pesky humans or other alliance thinking to breach our walls? You are a proud orc and would love to serve the Horde and our beloved warchief?
Then sign up for duty today!

Recruits will undergo a training to see if they are fit for guard duty.

Meals are provided as well as a place to sleep in one of the barracks.
Gear and repairs are provided.
Regular trainings are part of the grunt program.

the orgrimmar grunts are looking for more members.
To be able to wear the grunt outfit you need to be level 40-ish and be able to wear leather or up. Clothies cannot wear the gear. DK's are not allowed.

What do we offer?
we're a small guild of nice folks. We'll organise regular events like trainings and patrols through Orgrimmar. We will be present during events held in Orgrimmar whenever possible.
We have sets of the grunt gear in the bank so you don't have to grind for it yourself.

Members will start off as recruits and will be able to go up in rank to grunt or even officer. Officer ranks will not go higher then sergeant.

ATTENTION ALL GRUNTS!

There has been an influx of blood elves in the Valley of Honor. So far we are unsure what has caused this; but we ask all grunts to be vigilant. Elves have been seen to cause drunken ruckus on the streets and obstructing the pathways.

Please keep an eye on the individual going by the name of Kimble. The suspect seems harmless but caution might be needed.

Hellscream is still looking for more able bodied orcs to join us!

Still have a small (or big) orc walking around Durator aimlessly, waiting for you, it's player to log him or her again? Got a free character slot left where a green face would be welcomed? Then make sure to come to the event and join the grunts!

As a bit of extra info, to be able to wear the full set you need to level to 40, but we have a low level set for "recruit" rank, so you can join events even with a low level alt. The guild is mainly meant for alts in any case, but I would like to run a few events each month, and be able to attend some events of others.

Don't tell me that you're still not tempted to join after this explanation! :-)

To my amazement there is a goblin walking around the slums called "the grunt" in an actual grunt outfit. Anyone know the story behind this character?
it would seem that everyone once in a while a non orc is allowed in the grunts. Not sure if we'd want that with the guild as well or not. I can already mention that bunny ears are certainly not allowed in combination with the uniform *peers at a certain someone*

With all those Pandaren walking the streets of Orgrimmar and all eyes pointed at the strange new continent, security provided by the loayal grunts is more then needed.

Varrah scratched her head. This was the first time in her career that she had to keep a close eye on the trolls in the city instead of the good-for-nothing elves. (and the Forsaken off course, they were also up to no good)

This posed somewhat of a problem...
Not that she was such a fan of trolls, I mean... they are way too tall, they talk funny, and a lot of them hang out in taverns too much but... they could be quite the fierce fighters. If before she could rely on one or two grunts to calm down an elf causing trouble, she would need several more to calm down an angry troll.

She'd need more grunts to handle things.
And possibly more cells as well...
