Help can only be provided if you share useful, relevant information. I did and asked for more help with that, yet I didn't get any. Might be my attitude at the moment but that is because I am feeling I am not helped enough. It took 5 days for someone to help me with the pathping. But sure, I will post it here.
I did the rest what the GM suggested in the other thread. Didn't worked, wasn't worth any result. What to do now? |

You aren't tracing to the correct IP Address. The IP addresses of realms usually begin with 195. I have obtained the IP of Argent Dawn for you, and here are the commands you need to put in the command prompt. Please post whatever is produced from that here: tracert 195.12.235.10 > C:\tracert.txtThose commands may take time to finish. You'll know they're done when the command prompt becomes usable again (i.e. you're able to type in it). |

Hi there,
Can you please perform the diagnostic reports as requested above? We should be able to see more about what's causing this issue from these. |

Danellos was very helpful with explaining both. Thanks buddy!

Your traces look fine.
Have you tried disabling the Optimize Networking for Speed in the game's options menu? If you don't know where it is, then I will explain to you how to find it. :) Also, what if you tried rebooting your computer into selective startup mode and then run the game from there? http://eu.battle.net/support/en/article/windows-closing-background-applications |

Your traces look fine. The first is what a GM suggested I should use, meaning I thought I should have it on at all times. I will try running the game when I disable it. The second bit I will ask a someone who I know is handy with computers! I am not sure if I could do that, as I am afraid of breaking my windows in two pieces! |

I am currently having this disabled and will try it for a few days before going to the second option. Thanks Danellos! |
