Hey there! I had some gear reinburst and it's stuck in the mailbox and I can't get it out, any ideas whats wrong?

Are you on a trial account? Trial account's cannot access the mailbox system.

Are you using any mail addons at all? Perhaps an Interface Reset may solve the issue.

Reset UI - WTF, Cache, and Interface folders & Repair Tool

Are you actually opening the mails and clicking on the items? You can't shift+click loot the mails as i recall it.

I seem to recall that autolooting Blizzard mails were broken, but even if it was that doesn't seem to be the issue this time around :)
