Everytime i enter a BG, everybodys name is "Unknown" until about 15 secs until the battle starts and then everybodys names appear, it also happens in SW sometimes and random peoples names are shown as "Unknown", is this a known error and is there a possible fix?

Sounds like your computer has problems loading the characters and/or surroundings. Might be a addon slowing the loading down or your connection not being optimal. Try without addons and see if it gets better.
