Dear blizzard

I have recently started a new guild with me and a few friends we thought we could level the guild doing weekly guild challenges however we complete 7 random dungeons and got a tick but we never received any experience for our guild. I was wondering why we have to received to experience.

Customer Service Forum Representatives cannot help you.You 'll need to contact In game Support Representatives via th in game ticket.Please click the red[?] question mark in the Game Menu then ''Open Ticket'' and again ''Open Ticket'' write a description of your problem and click submit button.

I can see from your armory activity that these dungeons were prior to the weekly reset, had your guild already reached the experience cap for the period?

If your guild has not already reached the cap Lunala, then it would be best to raise an in-game petition if you haven't already so that one of our in-game support representatives can investigate further. :)
