I just want to bring to your attention what has occurred to me after beating Ultraxion in the 25-man LFR system half an hour ago.
After the rolls i saw that i had won the chest of the Vanquisher for my rogue. There were more than 25 chat lines after my announcement as a winning roll, where rolls for another item were also resolved and the loot was actually received by the winner as announced by the text message. I then decided to leave the party as i couldn't loot the upcoming bosses, expecting to have received the item by that time, or at least have it mailed to me as it happens when there is not free bag space. Instead of that, i got no item on my (not full) inventory, nor any mail in my mailbox. I checked the mailbox after relogging and still nothing. I think that this problem should be fixed. You have the gamers fighting dozens of times on the same instances in order to advance their item level and reach new content, that i think that the least that could be done is have the loot system behaving in a more reasonably/user-friendly way. You can ticket a GM for the item and he will send it to you. I never knew you can open a chat tab for detailed loot information... how do you do that? |
You can ticket a GM for the item and he will send it to you. Make a new tab; Rightclick the tab -> Settings -> Other: Hook all loot lines. All done! |
FYI, i do not believe you can choose to have simple loot info in one tab and detailed in another, but i don't know since i don't use it :) |

You can ticket a GM for the item and he will send it to you. This. It's not something that really requires fixing, just patience on your part to wait until the item is in your bag before leaving. A GM will however be able to see the item you won in the logs and send it to you in the mail if you won it. |

Just here to say that i opened a ticket and the GM was kind enough to retrieve the item for me.
Thank you all for your advice and guidance, and i hope this post will help ppl who have the same problem in the future. I do believe that those involved in game mechanics should consider either a mechanism similar to the one when you have the item mailed over when your bags are full or a warning before leaving the group that you should wait to receive your loot. Such automated procedures would save time for players and effort for GMs. Thank you all for your time! Take care. :) |
